仕事に好都合なエコノミーな宿
Pros:

自転車が使える。つくばは広いけど平らなので自転車さえあれば。なじみになればお気楽。竹園にはおいしいお店もたくさん。

駐車場が目の前にある点。
朝食（パン、ヨーグルト、コーヒー、ミルク）が無料で付いている点。

施設内が比較的古いので、床や部屋のシャワールームなどは、歴史を少し感じます。ただし、駅から少し離れても良い（10-15分徒歩）ホテルで、コストを抑えたい学生や若い方々には良いかもしれない。
