Cons:

Die Dusche war schmutzig. Wir haben unsern Mut zusammengenommen und freundlich darum gebeten nochmal zu putzen, aber es war so, wie wir uns gedacht haben, danach genauso wie vorher. Der Schmutz hat sich über eine sehr lange Zeit des nicht vernünftig Putzens angesammelt. Das Hotelzimmer war überall verstaubt. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben so stark gefusselt, dass man sich angezogen nicht irgendwo hinsetzen konnte. Die Lage miserabel, wobei wir da einsehen, dass es unsere Schuld ist, nicht richtig geschaut zu haben. Das Frühstück war okay, aber für 25€ pro Person hätte es wirklich leckerer, frischer und einfach mehr Auswhl sein können. Ich fand es sehr schade, dass die Reise, die dazu diente ich meinen Geburtstag reinzufeiern so ungemütlich wurde durch das Hotel. Für uns war das auch nichts, was wir uns jedes Wochenende mal so leisten könnten. fast 200€ pro Nacht für ein schmutziges Hotel find ich doch recht unverschämt und einfach sehr schade.

ondanks dat dit de 3e boeking was bij dit hotel gaan we hier niet weer naar toe
Pros:

ontbijt was prima, personeel was gastvrij

Cons:

bed en kussen, ik heb nauwelijks geslapen, bed lag niet lekker en kussen maakte lawaai bij elke beweging. en het viel ons enorm tegen dat we nu moesten betalen voor het parkeren wat de afgelopen keren niet nodig was
we hebben dit verblijf 2 keer zo veel betaald als de vorige keer en de algehele ervaring was minder goed dan de vorige keren. We hebben 1 avond gedineerd in het restaurant, hiervan was de prijs/kwaliteit niet in verhouding

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt in einem Hilton Hotel

Sehr gute Ausgangslage für Fahrten in die Tulpenfelder oder ans Meer.

Cons:

Wir wurden am Anreisetag an der Rezeption nur kurz u.sehr nüchtern begrüßt, u.dann wurde sofort abkassiert. Auf dem Zimmer kein Willkommensgruß, kein Wasser u.keine Minibar. Uns wurde ein Zimmer zugewiesen, wissentlich, dass die Klimaanlage darin defekt ist, u.derart laute Geräusche macht, dass man keine Nacht schlafen konnte. Das defekte Thermostat wurde erst am 3. "Urlaubs"tag ausgetauscht. Der Handtuchwechsel bei der täglichen Zimmerreinigung war nie vollständig. Entweder fehlten die Duschtücher oder die normalen Handtücher. Die Qualität des Frühstücksangebotes war derart enttäuschend, dass wir ab dem 2.Tag morgens immer in einem der Beachclubs in Kattwjk gesund gefrühstückt haben.

晚上11:00入住酒店，前台说房间需要搞卫生，不能入住。晚上11:30终于可以入住了，进房间后发现洗手盆堵塞，根本就不能使用。

Комфортный номер , хоть и далековато от вокзала.
Pros:

В номере есть все необходимое чашка, чайник, чай кофе, шампунь, кондиционер, лосьон, мыло.
Уборка комнаты каждый день производились.
Приветливый персонал.
Работал кондиционер.

Cons:

Не смогла оплатить картой, хотя в других местах карта проходила и не смотря на сумму не принимали купюры в 200 евро, что вызвало сложности.
То ли от потоков воздуха, то ли от вентиляции периодически похлопывала дверь, от чего ночью просыпалась, но это решилось, когда прдперла дверь тумбочкой.

No lleves coche al parking de un hotel en medio de la nada
Pros:

Es difícil destacar algo bueno cuando el alojamiento merece una muy buena puntuación. El extra big size de la cama mereció la pena.

Cons:

Para empezar me parece bastante triste que esta cadena no tenga personal que pueda hablar español. Y lo peor de todo, me pareció un abuso el precio del parking del hotel sin beneficio alguno por haber reservados dos habitaciones, se aprovechan de la situación.

Aangenaam verblijf op een goede locatie buiten het stadcentrum.
Pros:

Groot en comfortabel bed. Kamer was netjes.

Cons:

Geen info over de afstandsbediening van de tv, water lavabo loopt heel traag weg (verstopping?), niet mogelijk om een code in te brengen voor het gebruik van het kluisje, ontbijt mag iets meer uitgebreid zijn, kleine broodjes nogal hard, is het vers fruit wel vers?

Pros:

Zeer mooie kamer, met bad en douche😃. Ontbijt prima, mag auto dag bij uitcheck nog laten staan. Zijn Leiden ingelopen, dus geen extra parkeerkosten

Cons:

Personeel zou goedemorgen mogen zeggen. En niemand bij ingang van ontbijt. Dus maar gewoon door gelopen
