Bezoek aan Soldaat van Oranje.
Pros:

We kregen een kamer voor mensen met een lichamelijke beperking, gezien de prijs hebben we dit geaccepteerd.

Cons:

We konden alleen maar communiceren in het Engels, omdat we in Nederland verblijven vind ik dit een grote min .

Be aware of the “rude” receptionist lady!

It’s definitely location and facility.

Cons:

As we planned to visit the Corpus Museum, we chose this hotel for our stay. However, a super rude phone call from reception at 10:30 pm demanding payment for a dinner we did not have at the hotel completely ruined our experience. The staff member spoke in a rude, almost bullying manner. When I explained that we had dinner in Amsterdam and returned late, and even offered to show the restaurant bill with the time, she abruptly hung up the phone. There has been no explanation or apology since. The hotel really needs to ensure that reception staff are trained in basic courtesy and professionalism. But aside from this incident, the hotel itself is good 🙌

Ruime bedden met grote TV, hele hotel en alles gewoon erg netjes

Cons:

Koffie automaat bij het ontbijt. Er was er maar 1, welke ook nog eens erg traag was, terwijl er best veel bezoekers waren.

Heel erg genoten van het verblijf in Hilton Garden Inn in Leiden
Pros:

Het ontbijt was uitstekend en veel keuze in allerlei gerechten. Het hotel ligt pal aan de snelweg maar daarvan verneem je niets in je hotelkamer. De ligging is tussen Oegstgeest en Leiden. Wij hebben naar Leiden gelopen (2,5 km) wat prima te doen is. 's Avonds zijn we naar de musical Soldaat van Oranje geweest en dat is ong. 6 km rijden (of fietsen). Echt super fijn hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Tevens is er een parkeergelegenheid bij (tegen betaling).

Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

Heerlijke, comfortabele kamer en superschoon. Goed hotel om van daaruit de stad in te gaan.
Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie. De kosten van de parkeergarage komen er nog wel overheen maar dat vind ik wel logisch.
