Pros:

酒店就在水戶站徒步10分鐘，酒店提供很多免費用品及食品，有冰棒，啤酒，清酒等。酒店最高層可望櫻川，還看到日落。員工友善，床亦舒適。

Cons:

酒店房間真的很小，設施有點舊。

千波湖がきれいに見えた。

お布団に髪の毛がいくつかと、ほこりがあって困った。
エアコンの音が、結構する。
朝食会場のスタッフの世間話が、、一番うるさかった。。。。
駐車場から、ロビーまでのエレベーターが閉鎖されていて、不便だった。
