Comfort Suites Mandeville - Covington

Thin walls and insulation between floors. I was woken up multiple times all night from upstairs and hallway noise. Bed was older and also squeaky.

Air conditioner seemed to be variable. Woke up warm during the night but later was cool.
Did not eat breakfast.

The rim smelled musty. The shower takes a while to drain. When I got out of he shower the water in the tub we 5-6”! Whenever the AC came on it left an awful smell. Thought I would never get to sleep. Was fine the next morning - maybe because it was cooler outside and the AC quit running. Couldn’t wait to leave.

The hotel was near the interstate so it was loud at times. The breakfast was lacking. The AC was out in the lobby both days we were there.
The room was clean and I liked that it had a tub.

Hotel was quiet and beds were comfortable. Was a little difficult to locate. Hotel lobby was hot (maybe ac was not working).

It was beautiful and everyone working there was helpful. They were quick to help if needed. They made me feel welcome and important. I definitely will recommend to anyone.

Loud highway traffic due to hotel location.

The staff in the morning so made up for the evening mess, water leaks etc.

The staff is frien, but there were air conditioner issues in the main area.
The room was not in great condition, either

Although the room was clean, it was obviously in disrepair. The towel rod over the bathroom counter came off. It was hard to find the lamp switches. Lighting was dim. There wasn’t enough toilet paper.

Always a good stop over.

The bathroom shower made this horrible nose when in use the shower head was hanging down not attached. The TV remote didn’t work

Staff (lady) was friendly and accomodating. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Lobby and breakfast area was pleasant. There was one issue the room smelt as if it had been closed up. Had a misty smell

Too close to interstate. Heard traffic all night. Mattress unable to support body weight. Bathtub was very slippery like it had soap or cleaning residue. Internet pain to get connected but good enough once connected. Very convenient to interstate 12.

The lady at the front desk was wonderful, very energetic and helpful. She kept a great attitude while helping us with our room issues.
We booked two rooms, one room was clean and smelled nice. The second room had mold growing on the bed sheets, couch, head boards, night stand and dresser. The room smelled awful. We were given a new room, this one also smelled of mold and had stained, dirty sheets. We were given a 3rd room, which looked clean and smelled nice. Almost every towel in both rooms had either stains or holes in them and all of the beddings had some sort of stains as well.
The gym had 6 pieces of equipment but only 2 of them worked. The breakfast options were good however the bagels were old and stale.
I would not recommend this hotel.
