Pros:

Hotel offers an excellent price-to-quality ratio and a perfect central location for exploring Santa Cruz. The only downside was receiving two single beds instead of the double bed we had booked, but otherwise, it was a fantastic stay.

Hotel in a city centre, bus station about 15 minutes walk, port is basically right across the street. Very tasty breakfast, even if the selection wasn't too big. Bed was very comfortable and the fridge had two bottles of water waiting for me.

Cons:

The shower head was leaking, so the water pressure was horrible and it took me ages to wash my hair. The room had windows to the inside of the block, so there was next to no air circulation and the room was rather stiffling. The air conditioning was on the older side and very noisy, so I didn't want to have it turned on during the night, as I wanted to get some sleep.

très bon séjour dans cet hôtel
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Santa Cruz, à 10 mn à pied du terminal de bus pour l'aeroport et des principaux endroits à voir dans cette ville.

Pros:

I like the receptionist Alberto, he works in the evening. He was lovely. The rooms were okay but I think the price it was a bit expensive for the place.

Cons:

The noise outside and the TV was very old. Breakfast needed more variation.

Pros:

Nos hemos alojado en varias ocasiones y siempre genial. El trato del personal lo mejor. En esta ocasión hasta pudieron darnos una habitación nada más llegar, las 09:30h, que nos facilitó muchísimo pies dejamos maletas y pudimos cambiarnos cómodamente.

Hubo un pequeño problema con el lavabo y fue solucionado en una hora, incluso informando que no era urgente.

Cons:

Nada, fue todo sobre ruedas.
