Zu laute Heizung/Lüftung. Bett unbequem, Bad schlecht installiert. Dusche ließ sich nicht kalt stellen, alles hing schief. Es gibt kein Personal.

KEINE KUNDENKULANZ, Vortäuschung von nicht vorhandener Tatsachen. Abzocke.

Parkplatz wird in Beschreibung mit Parkhaus angegeben - Buchung Parkplätze hinter Online App Wall versteckt - nicht transparent im Vergleich zu allen anderen Online Angeboten. ACHTUNG! So etwas habe ich in den ganzen 5 Jahren seit regelmäßer Nutzung und Buchung von Booking noch NIE und mit KEINER Unterkunft, Gastgeber jemals so oder vergleichbares passiert. Das ist Kundentäuschung, Abzocke und absolut nicht kulant, wenn der Kunde FRÜH GENUG sein Anliegen äußert und das Zimmer früh genug hätte weiterbelegt werden können. Klärung wurde mit Absicht in die Länge gezogen, am Telefon nur englischsprechende Mitarbeiter und weitere Farce, um keine Lösung zu finden. Ich habe mich hier noch nie beschwert, aber DAS ist ABZOCKE und INKOMPETENZ. Ich arbeite selbst in Bereich Dienstleistung und Service und das hier hat nichts mit dem Versuch einer Klärung zu tun.
