Very disappointed, amenities had breakfast listed but it was a buffet that cost 12.99.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

No free breakfast, coffee was only available until 10am. Toilets flushed VERY slowly (had to hold handle down until complete).

In short a very good stay- my comments are nitpicking. The room had nice touches for conviences.
Pros:

Breakfast was a good buffet. Would like to have creamer already on the table and not have to ask for it. Food was hot and tasty.

Cons:

On dinner service one plate of appetizers was served hot and the other lukewarm. The chef needs to improve the dipping sauces for the appetizers. The cocoanut shrimp and the calamari

Excellent customer service, clean rooms and close to highways.
Pros:

The staff are super friendly and helpful. It was close to plenty of shops and services and the parking lot was huge, so plenty of parking close to the hotel. The neighborhood was safe and you could walk around the entire downtown Newark, Ohio area. Our rooms were close together as we requested and the rooms were spacious and clean. There is also a Starbucks and and the hotel restaurant located in the hotel lobby.

Alright. Pool was nice n warm
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast available

Cons:

They argued about my having a reservation. Told me to call booking.com. I asked to speak to a manager, was told there wasn't one. A man heard me and came out, asked what he could help with. We told him and he found our reservation with no problem. That lady sure was nice the rest of our stay.

Brittney is dedicated to customer service. I want to come back to Newark and stay there again!
Pros:

Brittney and Derek at the front desk were excellent! Their helpfulness and friendliness were above and beyond any hotel I’ve ever stayed - anywhere. The beds were comfortable. The place was clean. Couldn’t ask for a better place. Rare gem in small town Ohio.

Cons:

Would love to see a restaurant that matches the vibe of the area, and the hotel, better. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

Just love the rooms and staff. Definitely returning with my grandson.
Pros:

Great, but the staff here is amazing. Brittany checked us in and she made us feel like we were with family. I will keep returning due to way she made us feel so at home. Thanks DT NEWARK OHIO a topnotch place to stay.
