The front desk staff was outstanding!

Cons:

Our first two days was without air conditioning in our room The ambient temperature was over 90 degrees and our room temperature was over 80 degrees. The front desk manager eventually found us a suite comparable to ours on a different floor. This was the fist time visiting my hometown in 5 years and this issue caused lost time with family and friends, as well as uncomfortable conditions, undue stress, and anxiety. I was told I was going to be contacted by the hotel manager to be compensated or refunded for the issue, but that never happened.

Great property, friendly staff, clean facilities.
Pros:

My father was in the hospital and was set to be released but had to stay another night. My mom, sister and aunt were trying to find a place to stay for a good rate so they could be with him. I live out of state and was not with them. I was able to book through booking for this stay and work with the local property to pay for the stay for my mom, aunt and sister to stay so they could be close to my dad. The property was so easy to work with and so friendly and accommodating for my family. I can't thank them enough!! :-)

Nice stay
Pros:

The staff was so friendly! The hotel was clean and quiet. The surrounding area is quiet which was nice for sleeping and napping during the day. There was plenty of close parking and a side door with key access for after hours. The TV and remote worked well. The towels were very soft.

Cons:

The mattress was a little firm and the pillows were a little soft. The shower head only had one spray pattern. The tub could use a resurfacing. All minor, but you asked.

Very disappointed, amenities had breakfast listed but it was a buffet that cost 12.99.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

No free breakfast, coffee was only available until 10am. Toilets flushed VERY slowly (had to hold handle down until complete).

In short a very good stay- my comments are nitpicking. The room had nice touches for conviences.
Pros:

Breakfast was a good buffet. Would like to have creamer already on the table and not have to ask for it. Food was hot and tasty.

On dinner service one plate of appetizers was served hot and the other lukewarm. The chef needs to improve the dipping sauces for the appetizers. The cocoanut shrimp and the calamari
