Pros:

Hotel Chateau Bela sa nám páči kvôli jeho polohe, histórii a nádhernému zariadeniu a preto sme si ho vybrali aj pred 10 rokmi na náš svadobný deň

Krásny areál, avšak služby nespĺňajú úroveň 4* hotela.
Pros:

Spoločné priestory aj hotelový areál sú naozaj krásne. Jedlo nám chutilo, najmä večere v rámci polpenzie (à la carte) boli výborné.

Cons:

Zariadenie izby – Na izbe chýbala klimatizácia, ktorá by podľa nás mala byť v hoteli tejto kategórie na juhu Slovenska štandardom. Napriek tomu, že sme neboli ubytovaní počas najväčších horúčav, v izbe bolo neznesiteľne teplo. Keďže ide o kaštieľ s hrubými, nahriatymi stenami a malými oknami, ich otvorenie situáciu veľmi nezlepšilo.

Na izbe taktiež chýbali bežné štandardy, ako rýchlovarná kanvica alebo kávovar či aspoň fľaša vody.

Čistota – Na poličke v kúpeľni zostali umelé mihalnice po predchádzajúcich hosťoch, pavučiny, zaprášené kúty a v sprche bol prázdny dávkovač šampónu.

Wellness – Nafukovacia vírivka v hoteli pôsobí ako zvláštne riešenie, najmä z pohľadu hygieny. Jej čistota, žiaľ, nebola ideálna.

Check-out – Check-out je do 10:00. Nemilo nás však prekvapilo, že do tohto času je potrebné hotel aj úplne opustiť. Chceli sme po odovzdaní izby ešte chvíľu zostať pri bazéne, no bolo nám povedané, že si musíme doplatiť late check-out (10 € za hodinu). S niečím takým sme sa doteraz nestretli. V iných hoteloch late check-out znamená možnosť ponechať si izbu dlhšie, pričom spoločné priestory bývajú v deň odchodu bežne dostupné aj po odovzdaní izby.

Zamrzelo nás tiež, že pri odchode nás personál iba vyúčtoval a nikto sa nás ani len nespýtal, či sme boli s pobytom spokojní.

It was an interesting stay but iam not keen on coming back.
Pros:

The environment is well maintained.

Cons:

We arrived less than an hour before check in time, 50’ and being told rooms are ready but if we want to check in we need to pay an extra fee. After looking to spend time by the pool we were also told we can only use it after 3pm. Never seen such poor service for people waiting for the room.
There was no help offered with the luggage and our rooms were in a seperate building..

Cleanliness in the bathroom was very poor and shower dispenser was empty the whole time.

The hotel is also missing a proper bar and a comfortable lounge area where guests can sit and relax during the day, especially around the pool.

The outdoor cinema is a lovely idea, but the screen is far too small. It would also make much more sense to show movies in English with subtitles, or at least add English subtitles for international guests.

The restaurant was probably our biggest disappointment. The menu is very limited, and gluten-free options are almost non-existent. If you’re staying for a couple of days and having both lunch and dinner at the hotel, there really isn’t enough variety to keep the meals interesting.

Die Aussicht vom Pool war hervorragend, das gesamte Schlossareal beeindruckend schön und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich.

Cons:

Leider war das Besteck stellenweise nicht sauber, und das Bier an der Poolbar war für den hohen Preis qualitativ enttäuschend.

A Peaceful, beautiful place
Pros:

Its our second visit, and again it was excellent. Really beautiful Château, peaceful setting, lovely to walk, or sit by the pool. Breakfast was very good

Cons:

Communication via booking.com was non-existent..I sent a request and it was never answered. Also, please add a coffee machine to the rooms ...a simple thing.

Krásný prodloužený víkend
Pros:

Hotel j se nachází v původním prostorném zámku s velkým zámeckým parkem a krásnou přírodou kolem . Všude kolem bylo neuvěřitelné ticho doplněné ptačím koncertem. Celý zámek a okolí má zvláštní genius loci, které na vás určitě druhý den dýchne.
Volný vstup je umožněn i do komnat v přízemí hotelu, některé jsou krásně vybavené, např. lovecký salónek. V hotelu se také nachází posilovna a wellnes, , vířivka a dvě sauny s odpočinkovou částí.
Snídaně byly formou bufetu s velkým výběrem a fantastické večeře v krásné restauraci nebo na terase s obsluhou, nápoje k večeři se platí. Nabízejí chutné vlastní červené víno . Pokoj byl prostorný , koupelna s vanou. Je to krásné místo pro odpočinek.

Excellent accueil. Surtout le sommelier et la responsable du spa.
Chambre spacieuse meublée avec du joli mobilier..on se sent dans un château.

Cons:

Cuisine trop salée
Peu de choses à faire à proximité mais ideal pour séjour court.

Opravdu se mi líbí interiér Château Belá, tedy společné prostory.

Cons:

Jak jsem již označil, vše bylo dostačující, ale pod očekávání takového místa. Utrhané síťky v oknech, pavučiny v koupelně, nefunkční sprcha, elektrická zásuvka, která vyjíždí ze zdi....to jsou prostě věci, které bych nečekal a nechtěl. Snídaně opravdu dostačující, ale zase vzhledem k místu, označení a ceně očekával vyšší standart.
