Diesmal, nichts.

Cons:

Seit über 5 Jahren gehen wir als Gruppe regelmäßig einmal jährlich nach München in dieses Hotel. Diesmal kam etwas mit der Buchung durcheinander da eine von mir rechtzeitig eingereichte Stornierung wohl fehlerhaft im System hinterlegt war. Das Hotel hat mir nachträglich das Geld abgezogen und war zu keinem Kompromiss bereit. Auch war das Personal dieses Mal absolut unfreundlich (hat uns einfach vom Frühstückstisch jagen wollen weil wir ihnen zu lang gesessen haben) und inkompetent. Tja, gibt genug andere Hotels in München. Wir werden unser Geld in Zukunft bei einem anderen lassen!!
