O quarto estava limpo e café da manhã bom

Equipe despreparada para atender os hóspedes. Inicialmente disseram que minha reserva não estava disponível, que eu não tinha solicitado café (mas tinha), que eu não tinha pagado pelo aplicativo (mas tinha).. queriam me cobrar na chegada, e ainda pediram que eu abrisse o aplicativo do meu banco para mostrar, levando meu celular para outra sala (me senti bem insegura neste momento, que fiquei sem reação) e tentaram novamente no checkout pedindo número do meu cartão (desta vez me recusei). Fiz solicitação de um early coffee no último dia que foi anotado pela recepção porém não foi preparado.
Falta muito treinamento e trato com os clientes, infelizmente. Estou acostumada com um tratamento padrão nas redes de hotéis Accor, mas neste hotel, foi falho.

It was an excellent stay

It is very clean and in a good location, super markets and U bahn are around the corner

Pros:

Хороше розташування готелю, буквально 5 хв пішки до станції метро. В дні нашого перебування в Мюнхені була неймовірна спека і кондиціонер в номері дуже врятував. Також, було чисто і охайно. Сніданок був не дуже різноманітний, не багато опцій на вибір, але загалом не погано.

La posizione è l’unica cosa positiva

Tutto il resto ,pulizia scarsa ,ho trovato l.asciugamano già sporco al mio arrivo ,un’odore cattivissimo in camera per tutti e due i giorni e non c’era possibilità di far cambiare aria visto che la finestra si apriva solo a vasistas .camere piccolissime .colazione dolce scarsa e Bevande calde solo da macchinette automatiche quindi per chi ha intolleranza al lattosio come me impossibile avere un cappuccino di soia decente.

Zimmer in guter Lage
Pros:

Lage sehr gut, 5 min zur U-Bahn, Zimmer für 1 Person ok, bei 2 Personen wäre es ziemlich eng, bequemes Bett, schöne und zweckmäßige Einrichtung des Zimmers, Frühstück gut, Zimmer zur Seite war ruhig

Cons:

Klimaanlage ging nicht richtig, auf Nachfragen kam die Antwort, am Wochenende kein Dienstleister zur Verfügung. Die Dusche ist nach vorn offen, ein Duschvorhang wenn schon keine vierte Scheibe wäre sinnvoll um nicht das Bad unter Wasser zu setzen. Was mich sehr gestört hat, die Tür zur Küche im Frühstücksraum stand dauernd offen und ständige Gespräche/Diskussionen zwischen den Servicekräften zu hören waren. Der Haartrockner sollte überprüft werden, sehr heiß, nicht einstellbar
