Comfortable rooms in a location close to public transport.
Pros:

Location was good for what I needed.
The room was small but comfortable.
The hotel was close to the public transport network which I used everyday.

Cons:

I would have liked to have had a kettle and a fridge in the room. I was staying for 9 days and would have liked to have had somewhere to store food items or make a drink.

Cheap, but you can find better and closer to the city centre.
Pros:

It was cheap and relatively ok distance from the city centre.

Cons:

It was a football match next to the hotel (there is a stadium nearby). It was very loud in the hotel after that, people walking, shouting and going in and out up until 2:00 AM. The staff did not talk or show any sign of hospitality to us.

We stayed in a room that was quite good overall and comfortable. However, we are very disappointed with how the staff handled a situation during our stay.

A product that was a gift to us went missing from our room. At first, the staff assumed that no one had entered to clean the room. However, after the first day of our stay, the room was perfectly cleaned. Later, they checked their records and confirmed that housekeeping had indeed entered and cleaned the room.

It seems that the item was probably thrown away unintentionally, without proper attention to what was being discarded. After some insistence from our side, we were told to contact the hotel via email, which we find unacceptable under the circumstances.

The reception staff did try to help us, but they were limited to following the instructions they were given.

The item may not have had significant monetary value, but it was still our personal belonging and it has been lost. We expected a more responsible and professional handling of the situation.
