I had an amazing stay

Service was awful. No one was helpful. All of the bars in the hotel were closed from 1815.

Breakfast was not available at the hotel as indicated at time of booking for which I paid extra. Had to walk about 4-5 blocks to another hotel. Not at all convenient and did not make use of it. Would not have paid for it if I’d know in advance. I’d like to request a refund for that.

I was very disappointed. room is extremely small. Breakfast is 1k away and the poorest breakfast I ever had in Israel. Asked me to pay tax again in checkout after already paid though the app.

I needed to change my reservation due to Shabbat and no transport. Daniel, Jacob and Yali were great in getting the info and helped me change my booking and getting a refund. It took a while to get through to Expedia but James an Expedia agent was great and I got the refund. Thanks everyone you really helped me alot.

Quiet little hotel in south central Tel Aviv. My room was small but clean and perfect for one person, two people might have been a squeeze. The rooftop area is good for relaxing and there is a hot tub although it is not easy to use. Breakfast is actually served at another hotel 5-10 minutes walk - I may have missed this but I don’t remember reading about it when booking. The breakfast choice was limited but tasty, service at breakfast could be improved with a “if you want it, you have to ask for it” approach. Overall good choice for a solo trip of a few nights in Tel Aviv.

Great spot for visit Tel Aviv

The hotel itself is clean and in a good location just 5-10 minutes walk to the beach. The air conditioning in the bedroom seemed to struggle a little bit in the heat (30C+), so not as cool as we would have liked but bearable.

The hotel doesn't have that much in the way of amenities, for example there is no restaurant or breakfast offering, so if that matters to you then bear it in mind. There is a bar area but we didn't use it or see that many people in there.

The room itself was compact but had everything you need. Wifi on the upper floors was a bit hit and miss but fine in the lobby area. There is also a free Nespresso machine and fresh water containers in the lobby you can use.

The location of the hotel is the best part, just 5-10 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to the Florentin area where there are lots of quirky bars where you can get a range of drinks and street food.

Great location and unique ambiance. However the air conditioning did not work and was not fixed for our room. The whole family woke with sour backs over the several days we stayed as well. The staff was generally very prompt and helpful but were unable to address the Apple conditioning issue for us.

Firstly there wasn’t any parking even though it said no reservation was necessary and had no help from the front desk. Only when I finished driving around tel aviv looking for a space and came back, I was allowed to park on site and there had been a space all along. The condition of the room was one of the dirtiest I’ve ever stayed in and even found a bed bug on my pillow. One of the worst places I’ve stayed in, not clean and not helpful however the location was the only good thing about it.

Our room was quite small but very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and the Hotel was in a really good location.

Perfect location with a great people!

This hotel is incredibly tired and run down. The attitude of the staff leaves an awful lot to be desired, they cannot even be bothered to lift their heads to greet you when you return. Too busy looking at their phones. The rooftop is drab, tired and overlooks a multi story car park. The bathroom was the smallest bathroom I’ve ever experienced in a hotel, towels scratchy, dark and damp. Even simple requests like extra pillows were repeatedly ignored, we ended up emailing the manager who replied but surely the first thing he would have done would to have made sure they were sent to the room?? Clearly not. Don’t even get me started on the random bath on the roof top!!! Gross.

Nice hotel. Room is very small but it is close to everything you need. Bathroom needs some better updating and ventilation.

Fabulous location - small rooms but that’s ok! Unfortunately, we woke up to drilling in the room next door at 845 am and house keeping knocking on doors at 8am. The walls are quite thin

This Brown hotel is well positioned in Tel Aviv. The breakfasts were great too. My only comment is the room size. They are small rooms. I was a solo traveller and although my room was advertised for two people it would have been a tight squeeze with suitcases and closet space. In saying that I am a return traveller to this hotel as I enjoy its style and convenience, oh and did I mention the breakfast. Just be ware of the room size

Really nice boutique hotel in the centre of old Tel Aviv
