Hacia mucho frío, los radiadores de la habitación no funcionaban ni el aire caliente, tuvimos que pedir 2 radiadores eléctricos

15€suplemento por noche del perro por nada (ni un cuenco de agua)

Desayuno abrió a las 9:15 (15min tarde y sin explicación) solo había croissant, jamón York, queso y pan con aceite (nada de variedad)

estancia poco agradable

la ubicación cerca del monasterio de piedra

Cons:

en el personal, la señora encargada de la recepción fue bastante desagradable nada más llegar (pagamos por habitación con dos camas y nos pusieron en una matrimonial, diciendo que ella no tenía la culpa porque no hizo el planning, y no quería hacernos el cambio), el hotel tendría sus momentos pero ahora está muy anticuado: la puerta del baño no cierra, la puerta de la habitación se queda medio abierta por un lateral, se escucha absolutamente TODO entre las habitaciones, si la habitación te da hacia el interior del hotel hay un ventilador que suena constantemente, el desayuno ok pero bastante escaso en variedad (pan, tomate, mantequilla y mermelada, 2 cereales, queso y jamón york y ya)

La ubicación está muy cerquita del monasterio de piedra, el desayuno es muy completo y que haya restaurante en el hotel es un punto a favor (comida muy rica,aunque un poquitín caro). Admiten animalitos y en la recepción hay un perrito súper amigable.

Cons:

Había pelusas debajo de la cama y una telaraña en el techo. La recepcionista (creemos que la dueña) es poco antipática como para trabajar de cara al público. Las cañerías del baño huelen un poco mal. Para el precio que tiene, hay cierto margen de mejora, pero en general bastante bien.

Ubicación perfecta !
Fuimos a visitar el monasterio de piedra y la verdad es que la ubicación del hotel esta perfecta ... ni 5 minutos en coche!
El desayuno estaba perfecto para mi criterio ! Me gustó el detalle del pan tostado que lo podías hacer al momento! Todo producto de calidad ! Volveremos!

Buena ubicación, tranquilidad, a 1,2km del monasterio de piedra.. la chica joven de recepción es muy maja! Personal de mantenimiento y de limpieza muy atentos y majos también! El desayuno está incluído y muy bien, no hay gran variedad pero todo muy rico.

Great Stay ( not a great location at the top of the hill for cycling ) - Lovely Views
Pros:

We are two cyclists on a long distance trip across Spain the Hotel location is fantastic - but it is at the top of a hill and looks across the valley and lake

It was a Sunday night - we arrived at the end of lunch to a very warm welcome and had a great dinner that evening - this is a family rural outdoor and resort location - in early October it was a great find

Nothing - we were well cared for and had a great stay
