Very convenient to have two restaurants on the premises, as well as the chocolate shop.
The room was well furnished and very comfortable, but lacked a bit of atmosphere / warmth.
Perfectly located for wine tasting adventures in Durbanville, Stellenbosch and Paarl. Awesome rooms and facilities, and 2 restaurants on site
Convenient location close to the wedding’s venue I was attending.
The security at the front refused to let my Uber in on the first day and I had to walk in high heels to the entrance from my hotel room. I tried calling front desk but no one answered. Sent a text instead.
We loved our beautiful, spacious, clean suite, the view, the quiet, and all the amenities inside. Having 2 restaurants on site is also a huge plus. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we didn't get around to testing out the paddle courts :-)
The hair dryer didn't plug in properly, which made it difficult to use. The shutters in the living room were fantastic for privacy, but very difficult to open and close.
Good location with beautiful views
Bad Wifi and general mobile signal.
Beds and rooms were very comfortable, quiet with amazing views
Nil
Beautiful location, helpful staff, comfortable room
All very good
The view .
(1) no assistance with luggage despite 2 young men at reception. I asked for help with my 3 suitcases and they declined and said I had to do it alone. I am 64 and that was an absolute deal breaker. (2) Despite the room being recently refurbished the room had a wet dusty odour . The carpet was the issue and my sinus reacted and I could not sleep. It smelled it was cleaned and did not dry properly thereafter because when we asked to move next room was the same. I suggest you redo it with proper carpet company.
