Дуже гарне розташування.
Приїздила по работі та на другий день відпочивала.
На території є чудовий ресторан з дуже смачною їжею по гарній ціні. Багатий вибір страв. За два дні встигла замовити різноманітну їжу але Дуже сподобався запечений баклажан з пісного меню( реально дуже смачний).
Також є спа - не дуже велике, але чисте( басейн, джакузі та суха сауна) - вартість оплачується окремо. В спа чудовий персонал, дівчина привітна, приємна та усміхнена- провела мені екскурсію та розповіла все детально.
Є фітнес зал, по площі як два стандартні номери, якщо забажаєте позайматися є все необхідне від гендель до бігових доріжок.
Дуже сподобалось «міні музей» з картин присвячених різним художникам. Класна ідея, присвятити цілий поверх одному художнику. На моему поверсі були картини Малевіча 🤩
Із додатково - просила ще одну ковдру - з радістю принесли. Дякую 🙏

Cons:

З самого початку заселення було не як планувалось. В номері з сонячної сторони дуже пахло пластиком, дихати не можливо ( номер нагрівся від сонця - зараз тільки початок весни) попросила поміняти, адміністратор поміняв.
Замовляла Привілейований двомісний номер, але по факту виявилось, що це стандартний номер із додатків - каво машина ( якою доречі я так і не скористалась).
Номер бронювання в лютому - мала інформацію, про вартість спа іншу, по факту виявилось з березня ціни були змінені - але про це не було інформації ні де окрім ресепшен.
Замовляла на два дні, в перший день все якось йшло не дуже, тяжко було комунікувати з адміністратором, та персоналом в ресторані ( час очікувала замовлень, принесли не те, ще знадобився час для приготування мого замовлення).
В спа помітила що з однієї сторони зламано деревину під поручнями ( із-за цього драбина для виходу із води не є стабільною, при виході прогинатися).

На другий день все пішло краще, після моїх зауважень все виправили. Але не всі приїжджають на два чи більше днів, тому перше враження має велику силу. Хочеться отримувати підвищений рівень комфорту та сервісу відповідно до рівня 4-х зірок.

На рецепції безкоштовно підвищили категорію номеру.

Cons:

Вікно в першій кімнаті нормально не зачинялось, тому весь шум з вулиці був у номері…
Були холодні батареї, прийшли два сантехніка напідпитку, брудні… хвилин 20 матерясь спускали повітря…

Все в полумраке,клиенты,как кроты в темноте.
Подтехать ко входу невозможно-нужно багаж на себе тащить.Снег и лед на входе не расчищены. Мама-человек 86 лет,с огрниченмями в ходьбе,ч огромным трудом вошла, а выходили со скандалом персонала дворником-стоять наша машина у входа не могла и 5 минут.Позор!
