Breakfast included and had a pool.

Cons:

When arrive after setting up everything in the room. At the time to take a shower, noticed that there was like a hand towel on top of the shower curtain probably from previous visitors.

Cons:

Had to wait almost 9 hours for staff to come fix the TV’s. The morning receptionist was not helpful at all, the evening one was amazing and took care of us. Also the general manager came and talked to us and was disappointed that the morning receptionist didn’t inform them of the issues.

Pros:

Nada estaba bien en el hotel pero lo único rescatable fueron Sandra y Rea que trataron de revertir el deterioro notable del hotel y la mala atención.

Cons:

El hotel se cae a pedazos esta mugre hay cucarachas y para culminarla el recepcionista Anas Aloballi quien se cree dueño realizó maltrato, abuso emocional y verbal hacia mi esposa, obligandonos a salir del hotel bajo amenaza una semana antes de la fecha.
El dueño de este hotel NO debería permitir personas misoginas en recepción. Booking NO debería recomendar este tipo de hoteles.
