Pros:

Our second stay in Chandigarh, and we chose Hyatt Centric again mainly because of its great location near Sukhna Lake, which meant we could easily walk there. Overall, the experience was fabulous — lovely breakfast, attentive staff, and a very comfortable stay throughout.

Pros:

Ontime service, polite staff.

Cons:

There was a proper area to make a balcony, however, it wasn't used that way.
There was a huge pole covering it. No view.

Was ok but wouldn’t stay here again. Poor value for money.
Pros:

Room was nice, door staff and porters were very welcoming and efficient

Unprofessional staff and management
Pros:

Just the food was good

Cons:

The way of talking by staff was terrible we waited for 1.5 hrs to get checked in no one didn’t even asked us water or any drink. Totally unprofessional behaviour firstly the girl at counter said 20 mins then we waited for 1.5 hrs and the amount of money we paid was insane for 1 night.
