Staff was friendly and helpful..Rooms are a good 4star.
One particular employee by the name of Susmit, who looked after our catering at the meeting room was exceptional...very helpful..very approachable...

Cons:

Could not open Cabinet to hang my clothes...Power Points are only for Indian connections.. so require adaptor to use..

Not recommended to any body. It is highly paid hotel with cheap mentality of management

Brake fast is average
Room cleanliness is good

Cons:

There is no proper communication from the hotel during advance booking about the La-carte Lunch/Dinner instead of Buffet which is very disappointing. Hence Hotel rating was incorrect & it needs to be changed from 5 Star to 2 star.
Due to this issue, I have cancelled 3 days booking to one day booking & shifted to another 5Star hotel with cheap rate & upgraded to Suit rooms in HOLIDAY INN
