Ideally located, the property offers a high level of comfort and excellent upkeep. The food is exceptional—particularly the breakfast—and the staff are consistently courteous, warm, and attentive.
The bathroom shower could be improved, as the water pressure is not very strong.
This is a wonderful hotel in a part of Chandigarh that I wanted to stay in. The room and the facilities are exceptional. The breakfast was of a very high standard.
I booked the first two nights through Booking.com. I wanted to extend for three nights which I did directly with the reception on the night before the first booking expired. However, the reception was chasing me the next day to ask me when I was checking out and whether I wanted to extend, which I had already done. Clearly, the reception had not joined the two bookings together as they had said they would. This is an administrative failure and most irritating to the guest.
Visiting from another continent, I didn't know what to expect of India until I stayed at the Hyatt Centric, Chandigarh. I'm currently there now and the hospitality is world class. The design, the anesthetics, the food are magnificent.
Furthermore, the staff are so professional, friendly and dedicated in a kind manner. Special mention to all, particularly Ramesh from housekeeping who keeps my room splendid. Suman who recommends the best meals , sauna staff , valet and all staff.

Special mention must be made of the service we received: the entire staff provided warm, caring, and charming service.
