Great location to everything with wonderful breakfast. Best place to stay in town.
Pros:

The location to the city and highway was close. The breakfast was quite good and well serviced. The downstairs bathrooms were clean and convenient. The rooms were also clean.

Cons:

Our beds were a bit hard for our tastes. We woke up with back aches in the mornings. The hallway carpets needed to be vacuumed. The back entrance security lock was a bit unpredictable, (it sometimes worked and sometimes didn't). The price was a bit expensive for the area.

Pros:

The walls are paper thin. We got to listen to a show from the next room that was turned up to 11 and which would have made Samuel L. Jackson blush from the volume of f-bombs (and the various permutations of said word) for hours. At 10, when the "quiet time" is supposed to be enforced, nothing changed. At 1030, I asked the front desk to ask my neighbors to dial it back. They switched to Bluey at max volume. At 1130 I asked the front desk to once again ask my neighbors to calm down. Around 0230, they finally stopped. Starting at 6:00 people started to leave their rooms. They all enjoyed the concussive explosion that their hotel doors make when they slam shut.

Bad first nite. Good second nite.
Cons:

Accessible room not available our first night. They only had a hearing impaired room. I called 2 days in advance to reconfirm our handicap accessible room and talked to Shannon the manager at that time.
As there was no availability anywhere else we had no choice but to stay in the hearing impaired room with no bars in bathroom. I have Parkinson’s and it was very difficult to use the bathroom in that room.
Shannon did finally offer no charge for our first night.
Room the second night was what I thought we had booked for 2 nites.

Be careful with this property!
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

1. Being charged a different price other than what I reserved for was not a win. Not really given an explanation other than that because you booked with a 3rd party i.e. booking was not acceptable.

2. Upon leaving I requested a receipt as there are charges that will need disputed. I was told because I booked with booking com that I would have to get my receipt from them. This has NEVER happened to me before. I use booking.com a lot. If I'm to have all these problems, what's the point!

3. Booked 2 rooms, we were on 2 separate floors. Booked 2 full beds and 1 king. The rooms were not right. Overall that set the tone for my whole stay there. I don't like being overcharged, in this economy no one can afford to be!
