Pros:

Location. General area clean, restaurant great views of airport.

Cons:

Blackout curtains poor quality let light in. Mattress on bed worn out and sunk in middle of bed, stains on carpets. Parking charges

Pros:

Friendly staff and location to airport for early morning flight.

Cons:

On this occasion we were not happy with our bed, the mattress seemed to dip in the middle so you kept rolling towards the middle so not a very good sleep for either of us!

Very Comfortable and Great Staff
Pros:

The staff are by far this hotels best asset. They were excellent. The room if very comfortable but I dom nopt like having to climb into a slippery bath to have a shower.

Cons:

Parking is 15.00 GBP per day. The show facility (in the bath) is not the best. The in room fridge (if you get one) is very small;=.

Great airport hotel
Pros:

After a horrendously tiring journey back from holiday when cancellations ended in us missing our flight back to Jersey we booked a flight from Southend home. This hotel was an absolute pleasure after such a stressful experience. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, the views from the rooftop bar are great and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The best thing is this hotel is a few minutes walk from the airport. Highly recommended !

Great hotel
Pros:

The rooftop bar setting was amazing. Room was lovely. Parking (£15) was easy. Staff were friendly. Breakfast choice was good.

Cons:

The restaurant menu was unimaginative but reasonably priced. The drinks were expensive.
