We have always had good luck with Hampton Inns.
Pros:

Convenient location
Room was clean & oversized since it was wheelchair accessible
But….TV was terrible and freezer in refrigerator was packed with frost

Great clean place to stop for a relaxing night of a road trip. (Be careful of parking situation)
Pros:

Easy to get to right off the highway so it made for a very easy stop on our road trip. Very clean! The staff was super helpful

Cons:

It was not the hotels fault but they had a contract with a company and a large number of workers were staying at the hotel… they all had giant work trucks with cherry pickers and took up at least 2 car spaces which made it nearly impossible for the regular guests to park in the lot- we actually had to park in another hotels lot.

Pros:

We didn't like we got charged upfront for $$. Do not really understand why. And really would like a refund. That made the room more. They wouldn't give us a receipt either. They said you would send us a receipt (third party) would you please advise on these issues. Thank you

Best kept Secret
Pros:

This is my favorite overnite stopping spot on my trips to/from my grandkids home. It is clean, has a comfy bed with lots of pillows...a coffee maker, mini frig and safe in the room! Inwas able to stream my favorite show on Netflix amd they even carried my favorite FOX Cable News channel. Comp breakfast has all the goods, hit cheesy egg omelets with sausage as well as all the pancakes and waffle makers you need. For a quick bkfst...they have prepacked bags to go. My ONLY complaint is that pets use to be free...now there is a $75/nite charge...kinda pricey . Other hotels (Glo in Lexington) only charges $30.

Pros:

It’s been a long time since we have stayed at a Hampton and we were pleasantly surprised. Great hotel, staff and rooms. We will definitely stay again.
