From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that renovations are currently taking place between 08:30 to 17:00 daily until further notice. Guests may experience light disturbances.
All bookings are subjected to a MYR 4 Heritage Tax per room per day.
Non-guaranteed bookings will be auto-canceled at 6.00pm on arrival day.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Great location, worth for money.
Pros:

Last minute booking via booking.com at the hotel. The staff at reception was very helpful mr Kumar. Efficient and helpful. Explain and brief us accordingly. Im very happy with the staff at the reception. Friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast service during festive season not really good. Not really organize. Coffee and the not really hot. Selection breakfast not many choices and my children only can having cereal and bread. Hope hotel can improve on this .

Pros:

Gute Lage, große Zimmer. Frühstück war gut

Cons:

Die Teppichfliesen im Zimmer waren schon ziemlich unansehnlich und unsauber. Barfuß gehen war keine Freude. Das ganze hotel war ziemlich herunter gekommen.

Need to improve washroom maintenance as listed in above.
Pros:

The room was acceptable. They upgrading us to deluxe room with balcony and get free upgrade for my kid's breakfast.

Cons:

The room was acceptable. Just that they do not provide basic toilet supplies such as toothbrush, shower cap, cotton bud etc. And the water pressure at shower is not stable, we need to take caution when shower, or else our skin will get burnt by hot water when water pressure becoming low.

Pros:

Nothing much. It was clean. The location was good

Cons:

The breakfast was poor. There was no breakfast food at all. It’s all lunch food. At least have some variety of different cuisines. My toddler was upset that there wasn’t even milk available or cereal.
