This is my third time staying in the Peninsula Hotel, it’s in a good location, one of the oldest hotels in that area. Though the hotel is old but again, I admire the management for keeping it up-to-date with the modern requirements. Staff are charming and helpful
The hotel has no good view as the hotel has only three floors and is surrounded by big buildings and a petrol (gas) station. The hotel entrance looks like a 2-star hotel which is uncomfortable. The only entrance is thru the car park gate which has to be opened by a security guard (in/out) whenever you pass through. If the security guard delays then you’ve to bow down to get through the gate

Hotel rooms actually are in the -1st floor.
All room was wet because a lot of humidity. In order to get reed of the water on the walls one needs to keep temperature at 18C. Overpriced

Nel bagno c’è infestazione di scaragaggi e nella camera ci sono anche le formiche.
I cuscini sono assolutamente da cambiare non sono per niente comodi.
Il balconi hanno luci fortissime e di notte nella stanza entra luce, sembra giorno anche se si chiude la tenda. Inoltre gli infissi non insonorizzano per niente, si sente rumore provenire da fuori e dei condizionatori posti sul balcone stesso, diventa impossible dormire.
Spiacevole esperienza anche con front desk ho esposto un problema ma non ho avuoto una risposta esaistiva e ho chiesto di parlare con il manager, ma sembrava introvabile dal front desk posticipavano sempre al giorno successivo fino al giorno del check out e poi non ho avuto modo di parlarci . Anche booking ha scritto alla struttura “manager” e le mail sono state ignorate ho scritto via booking alla struttura e i messaggi sono stati ignorati
Ho scritto via WhatsApp e messaggi sono stati ignorati. Non penso che questo hotel possa essere classificato come 4 stelle. Esperienza versmente spiacevole ho dovuto fare il check out anticipato di un giorno e non hanno nemmeno rimborsato la stanza.
Ho messo la foto della luce che entra dalla finestra una di fatta di notte e una di giorno

The breakfast was terrible 👎. The key issue is that this hotel lacks integrity. We needed an invoice for business purposes, and the front desk staff said it could be provided upon checkout. However, at checkout, they said it would be sent via email. But after sending the request yesterday, there has been no response. Today, I followed up with a message, and still no reply. Are you refusing to provide the invoice to evade taxes?
