Super nice room and staff
Pros:

It was the perfect stay for me and my girlfriend. I would not have thought that it would be so nice! Here are my highlights:
1. The staff is overall super nice and caring. Rosie wrote me per WhatsApp a few days before our arrival to check in and help us with arriving from the airport.
2. We got a room update with a room including a bathtub and a nice view.
3. The TV in the room is a smart TV.
4. We asked some questions about Hanoi and the staff members gave us a map, a very nice route and they even told us about a super cool mario kart like event starting in the night and where we could find it.
5. It's in a very good position. You can reach alot of highlights in Hanoi in literally 10 min from the Hotel.
6. The breakfast was very good! Everything fresh and you can even order some stuff from the card!
7. The beds are super comfortable.

Cons:

Can't complain about anything. It was perfect!

Overall amazing hotel, location and customer service. Would stay again!
Pros:

Hotel and customer service was fantastic. One of my friends forgot an item and Rosie quickly found it and reached out immediately. If not for his swift actions we would have already been on a flight unaware that we are missing any items. Highly recommend this hotel both for quality, comfort, location and service!

What stood about about E Central was the warm and caring staff. Lisa at the front desk went above and beyond in giving recommendations, answering concerns, and in telling us about the local culture. We really enjoyed our stay!

Cons:

I feel that they could turn on the ACs in the rooms a bit longer before check in so the room is cold when guests arrive.

Wonderful stay with warm hospitality, clean rooms, helpful staff, and excellent service.
Pros:

The staff, especially Rosie and the team, were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even prepared special meals upon request for us. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. They also shared useful travel tips, recommended places to visit, helped us with tour arrangements, and advised us on convenient places to withdraw cash. Great location and excellent hospitality.

Cons:

Nothing much, everything was pleasant and well managed.

Séjour 5 nuits parfait
Pros:

J’ai séjourné 5 nuit dans cet hôtel, j’ai adoré mon séjour.
Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable. Un gros merci à Rosie d’avoir été arrangeante avec moi.
La chambre est spacieuse et silencieuse, très propre, le lit est très confortable.
Je voyageais seule et je me sentais en sécurité
L’hôtel est très bien situé à quelques mètre du Lac et plusieurs commerces et restaurants a côté de l’hôtel.
Je recommande à 100%.

Pros:

Rosie has been very helpful before and during our whole stay. She helped us arrange trips to Ninh Binh and Ha Long cruise. Both were excellent value and cheaper than same trips on booking website.
All staff were very kind, they provided guide, luggage and other assistance. The location is in walking distance to all needs.

Amazing staff, great concern for our comfort and perfectly located.
Pros:

The staff! So friendly and welcoming. The view from the penthouse, could see in 3 directions.

Cons:

Being at the top of the building with so many windows made the suite heat up during the day. With the a/c only on when you were in the room, it took a long time to cool down at the end of the day.
