O quarto é extremamente confortável. A cama é muito boa. Ar condicionado funcionando normalmente. Banheiro espaçoso, chuveiro quentinho... Tudo ótimo no quarto. O serviço de quarto também funcionou perfeitamente. Cama arrumada e café (gratuito) reposto todos os dias. Reforço que no quarto há jarra elétrica mas não há micro-ondas, porém há uma cozinha compartilhada com micro-ondas, o que é ótimo. Funcionários da recepção são simpáticos.
A cozinha parece um pouco suja, mas nada demais. Conseguimos usar o micro-ondas e é isso que importa. O hotel fica em um bairro afastado do centro de Londres. É preciso caminhar um pouco até a estação de trem e de lá ir para o centro em cerca de 40 minutos. Lembrando que o hotel fica na zona 4 do transporte público, o que eleva um pouco a taxa máxima de cobrança.

There was chewing gum stuck on the side table from the last people. Sky roof stuck open. Heating not working so had to have small heater. No channels on tv at all

Trzeba brać pod uwagę, że suszarka do włosów nie jest na wyłączność dla pokoju. Trzeba ją „wypożyczać” z recepcji. Dodam, że nie jest to kłopotliwe, ale trzeba mieć to na uwadze ;)

Hotel needs a policy on strong foods, Someone was cooking or eating some very foul foods which seeped through floorboards into my room.
Literally a toenail on the floor by the bed!

Stayed here and really liked it! The room was super clean, bed was comfy, and everything from the sheets to the towels was fresh. They had coffee and tea in the room, and the staff at reception were so nice — even helped me carry my bag to the second floor. Room service kept everything tidy, and free parking was a big bonus. For the price, you really can’t go wrong.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We asked to park our car in the car park before check in as we were seeing family and it was no problem at all.
Unfortunately the room was not clean. The bathroom had hair in the shower, the sink looked like there were toothpaste smears. The light fitting was hanging on by the wire which is so dangerous. The TV did not work and there were stains on the walls.
Customer service was terrible, I had booked a double room and paid £70 online, and went there at 23:00, they told me they are fully booked! Just because someone else went there before me.
I can’t believe how rude they were! Don’t even think about going there! What a bad experience did I have with them!
