L'emplacement، la majorité des personnels sauf une femme brune à la réception
L’emplacement est idéal, en plein centre-ville et à proximité de tout : la plage, les monuments, les restaurants et les principaux lieux d’intérêt.
Le ménage est effectué chaque jour et l’établissement est très propre. Le personnel est également très serviable, à l’écoute et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Ils demandent régulièrement si nous avons besoin de serviettes ou d’autres choses, ce qui est très appréciable.
L’établissement est aussi très sécurisé. Les agents de sécurité sont particulièrement gentils, respectueux.
Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour son emplacement, sa propreté, son personnel accueillant et son bon niveau de sécurité.

I just like the location
The property needs to be refurbished urgently, horrible curtains and very old moroccan sofas and very hard to seat on it, nothing is matching the pictures on website. Not worth the money they charged us.
L'emplacement .le parking sous terrain gratuit . L'hôtel est très bien placé . Il y a tout à proximité. Souk lhad à 5 minutes en voiture .la plage à 15 minutes à pied . Le téléphérique pour monter à agadir oufla est à 8 minute en voiture

My stay at the hotel was below my expectations. The room and the kitchen both need improvement in terms of quality and facilities. The price did not reflect the standard of the hotel or the services provided. Overall, I was disappointed with the hotel’s services, although I would like to commend the staff—they were kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay.
