Cons:

You have got to get better coffee ups. You always have to add a sleeve because the cups are so thin, so why not just get better cups.

Good hotel with a friendly attentive staff in need of some matress upgrades.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel offers a tour of local Finger Lakes wineries on Sunday afternoons. I was not expecting that. If I had known ahead of time, I would have scheduled my day differently.

Cons:

The bed was old and uncomfortable and made noises when I shifted my weight. The view out the window afforded me a perfect view of what has to be the largest landfill in the Finger Lakes region.

Overpriced dirty hotel with grumpy staff.
Pros:

The ice machine had plenty of ice. That’s all.

Cons:

The hotel was not clean. The price was double that of the holiday inn express just down the street. The person working the front desk was grumpy. Overall it was not good at all for the price.

It was a very nice facility and fit our needs perfectly.
Pros:

We were visiting the Cayuga and Seneca lake wineries so location was very convenient. Easy to find.

Cons:

We were in a handicap accessible room which was great for us. However, the shower floor was extremely slippery and would have caused issues for my husband had he needed to use it. Shower mats or something might be a useful addition to these type rooms.

Perfect location to wildlife sanctuary. Everyone was wonderful to deal with. Hotel and room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Great value!

The staff was really friendly and the facilities are well kept. Had a good time. The locale worked.

Pros:

Staff was very pleasant and professional. Attractions and shopping are nearby. Housekeeping is every other day but there were enough towels, toiletries, etc.

Cons:

The room was adequate but didn't really have comfortable seating to work at the desk or watch TV.

Good location and friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The restaurant suggestions they gave were excellent. We were very pleased.
People in the breakfast room were very pleasant and we were greeting nicely by staff in the halls.
The air conditioning was great and not too loud. The pool looked inviting.

Cons:

The height of the sink vanity is disgusting for someone 4'9".
Update to chair height toilets.
The mattress needs updating. We tended to move to the middle.
