Good location and friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The restaurant suggestions they gave were excellent. We were very pleased.
People in the breakfast room were very pleasant and we were greeting nicely by staff in the halls.
The air conditioning was great and not too loud. The pool looked inviting.

Cons:

The height of the sink vanity is disgusting for someone 4'9".
Update to chair height toilets.
The mattress needs updating. We tended to move to the middle.

It was adequate but would not return.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The AC Unit made a terrible rattle. No available rooms to transfer to. No repair option. No compensation or response from management. Breakfast was abysmal. Food was running out. Not enough staff to keep it stocked. Walls were very thin. Friendly front desk clerks.

Clean and convenient location
Pros:

Very clean room and convenient location for what we wanted to do in Seneca Falls. Our kids loved the pool and breakfast the next morning. The staff members were all friendly and helpful. We had asked for a quiet room away from the pool since we have a light sleeper in our group, and the one they gave us was perfect.

Cons:

The bed was OK, but not the most supportive and the pillows were a little uncomfortable. The A/C window unit was also a little loud, which interrupted our sleep some. But overall we would still stay here again.

Very pleasant and convenient for visiting Seneca Falls landmarks.
Pros:

Lisa at the front desk in the late afternoon was extremely helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

No full fridge and no sofa, but that's my mistake when booking.

רעשים במיטה, רעשים מבחוץ, הקירות לא מבודדים מספיק.
