Fairly new, good location and cheap..just what we needed
Pros:

Well appointed. Very Clean. Clever use of modern hotel layout.
Great value for money.

Had just what we needed.

Good location for road networks.

Major supermarket around the corner.
Secure carpark at night.

Aircon works well.

Fairly new hotel.

Cons:

Out of town...but a well known burger restaurant 5 mins walk away.!

Found the bed hard and unsupportive.

Smelly, but easily accessible.
Pros:

Easy to access, good parking, seemed clean.

Cons:

There was a horrendous smell in the corridor and rooms on the second floor. It smelled kind of like BO mixed with ceramic stove cleaner (it may have been because the windows on that floor were cleaned that day). I was uncontrollably sneezing as a result of whatever it was, and my partner, who wasn’t sneezing, also thought the smell was awful. The person at reception tried to gaslight us that she couldn’t smell anything (which unless she had just had brain surgery, I struggle to believe). Initially she said there were no rooms on other floors, but then after we asked for a refund because my incessant sneezing wouldn’t allow me to sleep there, a room magically became available on the first floor. The corridor still smelled dreadful on that floor, but the room was ok and the sneezing abated.
The property backs on to a row of houses with people happily BBQing in the gardens until late and with, unhappily, very loud dogs also barking until late.

Nice hotel, eassy to find. Quiet location. A couple of eating options a short walk away.
Pros:

The rooms were large, well appointed and clean. Excellent shower, easy to use and with good water pressure. Beds comfortable.
Breakfast was excellent, with lots of options - bread, cake cheese, meat, cereal, juices, spreads, eggs etc.

Cons:

I had asked for two rooms next to each other at time of booking, not close to each other. Whilst I had a reply stating that the two rooms would be 'one next to the other', in reality this was not provided. The rooms were close, but not as expected or promised.
Air con noisy and not very powerful.

No reception or facilities after 10pm.
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious.

Cons:

The bar they advertise is not opened at all. By 10pm the reception and bar were in darkness and you were left to fend for yourself.

Tout était bien, établissement propre, personnel agréable, cantine au top.

Cons:

Comme je l’ai dit, tout était bien a 99% juste il faudrait rajouter un petit frigo dans les chambres. Sinon je recommande
