Reasonable hotel..you get what you pay for.it was ok property for 1 night next to the beach.

LOVED this hotel!! We had the room overlooking the ocean with a shared patio area which had a hammock and chairs. We could see the howler monkeys, horses, squirrels, cats, dogs, surfers and more, all from our balcony! Plus the STAFF was AMAZING!! We asked them for help every day, whether it was getting a taxi or getting coffee or recommendations, and they always helped and were so friendly, it felt like we were staying in their home, not a hotel. We LOVED it! Not fancy, but rustic and you feel like you are in Costa Rica!! Thank you to the staff for all your help!!

Hotel Brasilito more like hotel grossilito! We didn’t feel safe in this property. There was hair in the bed sheets when we arrived, the windows didn’t seal all the way so bugs were in it. My mom turned on the faucet and black water came out of the sink. The showers and toilets were dirty with grime running down. We check for bed bugs on the bed and then found hair all over the sheets! Looks like room wasn’t cleaned at all. They had a lot of stray pets in the bottom of the hotel, where the restaurant is, they were friendly animals but one cat looked diseased infested and looked like it was dieing, bless the poor things heart. Definitely not following any health or cleaning regulations in this place. There were 3 parking spots available for all the residents. We did not even spend the night, we left within 30 minutes and booked another hotel. We put in a request to cancel our stay over the next two days of our stay there and are still awaiting a refund. Bryan the desk worker was nice.

I have very mixed feelings about this place. Obviously a budget option which has to be taken into account. First the location is right on the beach and the view from our room was magnificent. The room itself is quite shabby and the bed is terrible, hard and uncomfortable, by far the worst we have tried in CR. The staff seem disengaged and indifferent. The on site bar/restaurant was not great serving bad drinks and subpar food. Worst of all I had to get up in the middle of the night to tell the night manager to shut off his phone because I could not sleep for the noise he was making playing some TV programme on it. His desk is located just below our room. When we advised the day manager in the morning she could care less.

Nice little hotel right on the beach. We enjoyed the waves and having the restaurant right there. Unfortunately the food took a really long time to get, but it was tasty. There was a person working in the railing at 7am throwing the pieces on top of each other being very loud so that was annoying, but I would stay again for the price. We enjoyed having the pool also

Honeymoon room faces the beach and has a great view. Very relaxing stay 👍

Parking spaces, there is no enough, and is not about the safety concern but the other drivers who passes too close to the vehicles at the front

We had one of the rooms with ocean view and that was great to wake up to. Also the patio was large and good to hang out end of day. Otherwise room is a bit small for 4 ppl and beds take all the room.
Area is ok, but not great. It’s a good small budget hotel to walk to conchal beach. We had trouble sleeping the first night due to a karaoke until about 10pm and roosters screaming all night. But night 2 and 3 were quieter.

Conchal beach - good price

The beach view rooms are okay only if you want to hear the canned music from the restaurant all day. Parking is first come first serve and they don't have enough for everyone. The staff were fine, nothing special. The garden view rooms looked fine and they are quiet. Small but nice pool.

Wonderful staff!!

This hotel has a great location on the beach. However in 5 days the room was only cleaned once. The room itself was terrible, nails popping up unsafe deck. The restaurant doesn't serve breakfast and is way overpriced compared to sodas down the street. There is no coffee in the room and when I asked for ice from the bar for 2 drinks they insisted I go to a store down the street and buy it. Oh and I just checked my credit card and they double charged me for the rooms. Avoid at all cost.

The hotel itself was very quaint. I enjoyed the restaurant at the hotel, the food was amazing. Most of the staff were very accommodating. Especially Brian and Frederick. There was one woman who ran the desk in the morning who was very rude and very unfriendly. I did not enjoy the noise of the property next door with their very loud dogs, cats, and rooster. The traffic at night was also loud and constant.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights in the ocean view room with the hammock on the balcony, and we loved it! The views of the beach were stunning, and the hammock and balcony offered a place to hang out in the evening. We stayed again for one night in one of the basic rooms, and it was a completely different experience. The room was a downgrade and we did encounter a couple of cockroaches in the room. Additionally, mornings were quite noisy due to construction work starting as early as 7 AM. Friendly staff and pretty views.

Enjoyable as always

Very confortable room. It has what it needs to spend the night (bed, shower, A/C, wifi and TV). I liked the pool. It's small but it's okay. The beach is crossing the street. That's what I like the most.. 5 out of 5.. Thank you
