Good views and location, but the overall experience didn’t fully meet expectations.
Pros:

The location was excellent, with easy access to both Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, and the views from the balcony were beautiful. The apartment was fairly spacious, and the kitchen was a good size with a full fridge and appliances, making it convenient for our stay. The TV was great with Chromecast available, along with nice pool and spa facilities, although it needed to be reset at the power point to connect.

Cons:

The apartment did not match the photos or description, appearing more dated and smaller than expected, particularly the kitchen which had less bench space than shown. On arrival, the front desk staff member was on a personal phone call and did not acknowledge me for around five minutes. There were also no blankets or doonas on the beds, and the use of physical keys instead of swipe cards added inconvenience.

A great and well located spacious apartment with stunning views
Pros:

Spacious apartment, everything you need was there, nice balcony with ocean view, good location, pleasant outdoor pool, excellent parking in the garage.

Cons:

There was no bathroom door which seemed odd. Sometimes construction noise disturbed.

Maintenance and Cleanliness Issues:
Appliances (broken or faulty):

Toaster: stuck toaster lever mechanism.

Vacuum cleaner: Held together with duct tape and missing an extension cord, making it unusable for cleaning the floor.

Hairdryer: Caused a short circuit in the apartment and is non-functional in the main bathroom.


Apartment cleanliness:

Significant dust build-up on all apartment fans
Heavy dust accumulation on skirting boards
Oven drawers are dirty
Towels cannot be exchanged without an additional fee

Booking discrepancy:
The apartment was advertised and booked with a couch that converts into a pull-out bed; however, no pull-out bed was provided

Pros:

The whole experience was lovely. Reception lady was amazing, check in was a breeze, easy to book into and very fast communication

Cons:

The indoor pool was couldn't heated and the spa was too hot to get into but didnt worry us too much

Location and view

Cons:

Aircon was tripping the power, they did nothing to fix the problem. Paid for a room with aircon. When checking out asked for a refund but was only meet with rude staff. Place was dirty and hadn’t had a good clean in a while
