Location and view

Cons:

Aircon was tripping the power, they did nothing to fix the problem. Paid for a room with aircon. When checking out asked for a refund but was only meet with rude staff. Place was dirty and hadn’t had a good clean in a while

Pros:

Location was excellent. Apartment was roomy and suited my needs.

Cons:

The main bathroom had not been cleaned from the previous Tennant. Otherwise was acceptable.

It was a great location and comfortable.

Very good position, good clean facilities, we will come again.
Pros:

Lovely large spacious airy apartment.

Cons:

Uncomfortable pillows, mould at bottom of shower curtain, wanted queen or double bed, got two singles pushed together.

We’d stay again, but only at a discounted rate. We were glad we didn’t pay full price
Pros:

The apartment was well equipped for cooking and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and made the stay very comfortable.

The location was great — perfectly positioned between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, and close to some lovely coffee shops.

Cons:

The heated pool wasn’t working, which was disappointing to only find out once we arrived.

There were no basic pantry items such as oil, salt and pepper, and the amount of dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets provided was minimal for the length of the stay — something I’ve always found frustrating at accommodation.

Unfortunately, we were also woken at 5am one morning by the neighbouring property’s alarm going off.
