Central location, close to lake and restaurants , very clean , friendly helpful staff
Very poor air con , although provided with a fan it was still uncomfortable in the heat.
The location, the room size, the breakfast area at the last floor was great
The variety of the breakfast , but is duable
Fab location next to the main station as we were only staying one night. Friendly and helpful staff on reception. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable
The aircon was awful. A slight waft of cold air if you stood under the unit. I did not sleep well as kept waking up too hot. There was no point letting reception know as we only realised the issue when we returned about 10pm and we were only there one night. £200 for one night was expensive for such poor sleep.
The bathroom layout is a little strange. No privacy from the bedroom area.

Wenig Steckdosen am Bett. Kleiner Kühlschrank wäre nicht schlecht, gerade im Sommer bei hohem Temperaturen.
