Pros:

Chambre très agréable avec équipements nécessaires, l'accès au bar de l'hôtel est très bien et proche de tous restaurants et de divers activités.

Cons:

Difficile de se garer surtout au mois d'août.

Cons:

A szállás nagyon hangos volt, a közelben található vendéglátóhelyek miatt hajnali 2 óráig nem tudtunk aludni akkora zaj volt a szobánkban. A wc rossz volt, folyamatosan beindult a szivattyúja, ami miatt el kellett zárnunk magát a vizet a fürdőszobában, hogy az legalább ne zajongjon 3 percenként éjszaka. A szállás kínál jakuzzit, de azt nem lehetett használni annyira koszos volt. A reggeli nagyon kicsi helyen van, alig lehet elférni, a kínálat sem túl változatos. A képek alapján nem erre a típusú szállásra számítottunk, azonban valóban nem fizettünk érte sokat.

Die Lage ist super!

Cons:

Das Fenster ging zu einem Innenhof. Direkt ggü war ein Wohnhaus mit einer Großfamilie die super laut war. Prinzipiell kann das Hotel wenig dafür. Jedoch auch der Ausblick zum Fenster raus war nicht sehr einladend.

Amazing location, so close to everything in the resort

Cons:

The breakfast coffee and tea making was in a corner and so slow. You spent a long time waiting for drinks. The actual breakfast was amazing

Cons:

AC kept switching itself off during night. Cleaners don’t clean glasses or coffee cups just left them in room. Breakfast very average. Hot tub on roof cold and not working properly. All in all, airb&b is better and cheaper.

Comfortable stay in a great location - breakfast offering terrible.

Cons:

The breakfast was pretty poor. We travel a lot so have many comparable experiences and we have realistic expectations - not terribly fussy but must call it out when it’s so poor. Yoghurt was cheap and tasteless, fresh fruit to go with it was poor quality apple every day with a small layer of kiwi fruit on top if you arrived early enough to benefit from it!
The cooked breakfast was almost cold - overcooked with scrambled egg like rubber; it appears to be cooked in advance, put on hot plates (which don’t work) and never refreshed during the entire sitting.
The toaster was inefficient and the jam was poor quality and runny, stored in large jars presumably for the sake of economy.
The whole thing came across as an overt bid to deliver breakfast at the lowest possible cost with no regard for customers or quality. In addition, and unlike other hotel staff, the breakfast team were unfriendly, unhelpful and seemed to be there only to check room numbers; we had to move plates and cutlery from another table because the only clean tables were laid for one person and many tables were left with dirty plates while staff chatted with local people outside. We put up with it for several days, given we’d paid for it, before buying breakfast elsewhere.
Nothing says we couldn’t care less about you as much as an unwelcoming breakfast prepared with no respect for those who will consume it.

Pros:

Ich hatte 2 Nächte gebucht und leider wartete bereits am 1. Morgen eine Kakerlake im Zimmer auf mich. Auch das Bad war in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Das Personal versuchte mir zu erklären, dass Kakerlaken in Spanien normal sein und machte sich lustig über mich, dass ich mich deswegen beschwerte. Als ich abreiste, vergass ich etwas im Zimmer. Ich fragte noch am nächsten Tag ob ich es abholen kann und man sagte mir, dass es nicht gefunden wurde. Das ist für mich absolut schlechter Service und habe ich noch in keinem Hotel erlebt, wo ich etwas vergessen hatte.
Kann daher das Hotel nicht empfehlen, es hat aus meiner Sicht keine 4 Sterne verdient und ich würde hier auch nie wieder buchen.
