Great location good option if you are travelling to Cardiff by train
Pros:

Excellent city centre location, easy access from station. Clean compact rooms, air conditioning. Friendly staff.

Cons:

No parking or even a convenient loading bay at front of hotel. Had to use loading bay at back and carry luggage round. Parking available in city centre car park 8 mins walk away at £18 per day. Hotel had also had a flood so all ground floor facilities were unavailable but they made arrangements for us to use an adjacent hotels facilities for breakfast which worked well under the circumstances.

They did what they could in difficult circumstances
Pros:

Good location and staff were great. Bed super comfortable; room was a little small.

Cons:

Power cut meant no food service. Access to hotel is poorly signposted if arriving by car. Cardiff station parking closed so spent an hour navigating road closures and one way systems. And getting a ticket!
