Smelly and hot
Pros:

Location and staff.

Cons:

Room was very small and not good value for money.
It was really hot and the AC was useless.
Worst thing was the drain in the shower made the whole room smell very bad.

Great location!
Pros:

The air conditioning was brilliant and the shower was great. The hotel is perfectly located right by the train and bus stations, and right by the city centre with plenty of restaurants and bars.

Cons:

The room is quite small but ideal for a one night stopover.

Nothing to dislike well presented staff friendly and progressional and helpfull room great everything I neede

Cons:

Would been nice if vegetarian/vegan sausage option at breakfast as I do t eat meat no where does it say you can ask for

Trouble with AC especially in the heatwave but was explained this was due to power issues. Small damage in room and was expensive for the price of the size of the room

Great location and value for money.
About 150 yards from Cardiff Central train station, and within comfortable walking distance of so many attractions and restaurants, clubs etc..
Very clean, modern hotel, with professional, courteous staff, who made you feel welcome, and at times went above and beyond expectations.
I look forward to staying there again on any future visits to Cardiff.
