The staff were very helpful, the air conditioning in our room had broken on such a hot day, so staff kindly gave us a fan for the room which made all the difference to our stay and being able to sleep.

Great location, ac and well designed room. I’d stay here next time I visit Cardiff.
Pros:

Location was perfect. It was also quiet due to it being in a pedestrian area. The room was attractive and functional though small. It had AC. Very friendly staff

Cons:

The power was out in the kitchen so we had to go around the corner to another hotel for breakfast daily. The bathroom fan was noisy.
