The couple next door were arguing all night. They stopped just after 3am when the male left the room, the female was then on the phone talking very loudly, possibly to the male. At 5am the male retuned to the room, the arguing started again. We had no sleep which spoilt our stay. We told reception who were aware of it. In this situation the couple should have been asked to leave as it affected several people.
The staff were amazing and couldn't be more helpful with me in a wheelchair. They helped in every way they could.

my actual room 111 lacked attention to detail the door to the bathroom was loose and in poor decorative condition. The actual shower tray needs replacing.
It's a lovely hotel two minutes from Cardiff Central Station, which is very convenient - I traveled outside the city quickly and seamlessly many times. There is a central street next to the hotel, there are a huge number of shops and restaurants, and the Castle is about a ten-minute walk away. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is not that big, but there is pretty enough space for one person. Thank you very much!
