Straight forward from checking in to checking out stress free fantastic staff.
Pros:

The room was perfect for my needs very comfortable bed and very clean couldn’t fault it in any way the reviews Mach the hotel.

Cons:

Didn’t realize when I booked breakfast was extra. My fault really though I’d booked with breakfast.
Breakfast was very very good though.

Amazing stay , friendly staff
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were good size and clean, beds comfy and rooms had everything you need , location is amazing aswell right near the beach front, I will be visiting again :)

I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in Blackpool! The location was perfect—right on the promenade with stunning sea views from my spacious, spotless room. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make me feel at home. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, and it was just a short walk to the Tower, Pleasure Beach, and illuminations. Fantastic value for money I’d highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!”

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff and the location was great!
Pros:

Staff were lovely, hotel was a bit dated with the decor but very clean.

Cons:

The heating didn’t come on until 3.30 so it was quite cold in the room.
