Great place to stay. Brilliant location !
Pros:

Nice clean, quiet hotel. Friendly host. Shower wasn't hot room 106 but wasnt a huge problem to us, mentioned to owner in the morning who was going to check. Great location. Good breakfast. Good parking. Reasonable price. Would absolutely stay here again.

Definitely stay again
Pros:

Could smell the place was clean as soon as you walked in, the room was spacious and again clean the owner was polite and nothing was a problem and it was perfectly located will definitely stay again

Cons:

The only criticism I could have is the keylock buttons seem to stick a little when inputting to get it but tbh that’s not the the hotel or impacted the stay

Really nice place
Pros:

Good sized room which was very clean and nicely decorated with tea and coffee making facilities. Good sized TV. The bathroom was really nice. The breakfast was really good, as was the coffee. Very friendly and helpful owner. Really close to the beach and Blackpool centre.

Great location for what we needed and would definitely ok again
Pros:

Very welcoming, room was ready quick for us to check in, it was all colour coordinated in the room and clean and tidy. We loved the Victoria. Style entrance hall way and stairs.

Cons:

Being picky i would say the mattress was very uncomfortable however when i fell asleep i stayed asleep, a little fridge in the room would have been a nice extra as i like to bring my own milk to have at hand but i just kept it in the sink with cold water. And the only other dislike I’d say is the shower wasn’t the best but it worked.

Great getaway

A revelation, an unassuming hotel which exceeds all expectations.
Pros:

Light airy rooms, spotlessly clean very comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, close to all main attractions with the added bonus of parking, what more could we ask for in a large town, plus a landlady who is obviously passionate about a premium guest experience. We were completely happy with our stay and when we return to Blackpool we will most certainly stay here again, to be honest I cannot see why this hotel is rated at a mere three stars, it most certainly punches above it's weight in terms of quality & value for money.

Lovely hotel will return.
Pros:

Hotel close to attractions, room large light & airy, very comfortable bed & breakfast was excellent, good quality coffee, could fault nothing to be honest.

Cons:

Certainly not the landlady, she did everything to ensure we had a great stay & more.
