We was there only one night and the electricity went
Friendly staff, easy check-in
Disappointing stay. The receptionist with glasses had absolutely no tact and made me feel uncomfortable; he was rude. I went down to reception at 9:00 a.m. for breakfast, only to be told it was over, even though it clearly says it’s served until 10:30 a.m. Moreover, the breakfast offered was extremely basic, with no variety at all. Very disappointed with this experience.
Hotel is good but transportation is far.
A shower door was missing which caused the entire bathroom floor to get wet when showering.

Good hotel to spend the night. It's comfortabl enough but nothing luxurious. The hotel is a little bit old.
The soundproofing is terrible. I could hear conversations from the next room, and since many laborers stay at this hotel, loud music was played in the rooms until 2 a.m., which made it very difficult to rest.
Relatively close to the train station. Close to a new shopping mall. An underground station is under construction but there’s a tram station nearby.
Was a little disappointed they didn’t have a toothpaste and free bottled water in the number.
But generally a good choice for its price.

Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht, aber leider war der Schlafkomfort nicht gut. Das Bett war viel zu hart, und die Kissen waren zu weich, sodass wir morgens mit starken Körperschmerzen aufgewacht sind. Zudem war die Bettdecke nicht sauber, was den Aufenthalt unangenehm machte. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass das Badezimmer sauber und in gutem Zustand war. Insgesamt könnte das Hotel mit besseren Betten und sauberer Bettwäsche deutlich angenehmer sein.

I came here for business - just wanted a room and breakfast - and it was fine.
The room was a little small and the bathroom a little cramped, but I asked for a room with a bed and that's what I got. It was fine.
The breakfast was quite a decently done.
There's nothing else to say about the hotel other than the location - a pretty good location more or less exactly in-between the Hbf (main station) and the Messe - about 15 min walk from each, so quite a good location for business purposes.
Google thinks that there's a pizza restaurant more-or-less opposite but the real world disagrees. However, if you turn left from the hotel and follow the road round then you come to a big shopping centre and a couple of restaurants too.
I really like going to smaller properties (no big corporations). They always have their quirks. The shower was a bit strange but it worked so that's all that matters. The staff was very lovely and always let me take candy from the front desk. And the location was very convenient for me, since I was in Frankfurt for a convention at Messe. I could easily walk there every day. And there is a huge mall nearby if you forgot anything. My only complaint was that I didn't think the breakfast was quite for 15 Euro, but hotel food is often expensive.
I would rate this hotel 6/10. While the bed was comfortable and the room was a good size, the bathroom needs to be updated and the breakfast room needs more lighting.
