Nice place will return
Pros:

Friendly place . All stall was cheerful instead of just doing my job staff. Loved seating out area . Felt a bit like on hols . 24 hour bar is a definite plus when you work nights . Garden room I stayed in was comfy and clean . Cant comment on internal rooms . Will stay here again if they keep prices ok .

Cons:

A bit petty but draft beer was turned off at night but they did have chilled cans on offer and he did apologise 😁

Affordable room with everything you need for a nights stays. Great customer service
Pros:

This is a hidden gem right by the bus stop. Easy access outside of London. The owner was very helpful and extremely nice. It was a great stay 10/10 would recommend. I’ll be back for sure!

Just what we were looking for
Pros:

I was travelling to a concert with my 13 year old daughter so loved the quieter location and a bus stop right outside to Stratford was ideal. Hotel was comfortable and clean and staff were friendly and accommodating. It also felt safe which was a major factor

The lady on the front desk

Cons:

The room was awful, unclean, the toilet deat didnt fit the pan, the door handle fell off.
There were stains up the walls and hairs everywhere
