Second time staying & both times we’ve had no complaints at all, friendly staff & very clean
Pros:

The staff are friendly & helpful, they carried our luggage up to the room & also brang it back down after check out, the beds are so comfortable you don’t even want to get up

Cons:

The only thing I could say is the rooms with separate bathrooms could do with a mirror but this is not a deal breaker as there is a small mirror in the bathroom.
