¡Excelente estadía!
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado el alojamiento, el personal fue lo mejor de este lugar.
Siempre con disposición de ayudarnos.
Cuentan con chimenea y proporcionan leña, lo cuál hace más mágica la estadía.
El desayuno viene incluido y estuvo bien.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no tenían mucha iluminación, se podía sentir un poco oscuras.

Great location but noisy
Pros:

Great location to see the market. The fire in the evening is good because we really got cold. The breakfast is fine but for the price of the room we got before breakfast in Guatemala.

Cons:

The rooms are noisy, I think the only non noisy rooms are on the reception side inside. Our room was on a street and was very noisy.

Wonderful building and location!
Pros:

The hotel is situated maybe in one of the nicest buildings of the entire city! On the other side of the street there is a Mayan museum in another tradional building. Crossing the street you have a view of the colorful cemetery about 300 meters away. The breakfast was a bit limited by good quality.

Cons:

Wifi was a bit limited and the breakfast selection could have been better.

Die Überraschung in Chichi.
Pros:

100 jährige Posada mit Stil, Charme und wunderbarer Patina. Zentral gelegene Oase nur ein paar Schritte vom Markt entfernt. Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Kaminfeuer im Zimmer für einen romantischen Abend.

Cons:

Zentrum bedeutet auch Lärm. Aber da kann die Unterkunft nichts dafür.

La recepcionista podría ser más resvicial.
Pros:

Los hombres que trabajan en el hotel, tanto los limpiadores como los camareros y cocineros fantásticos. Fueron muy amables y atentos con nosotras.

Cons:

La mujer de la recepción no fue servicial a la hora de facilitarnos un cambio de habitación, habiendo por un lado varias habitaciones disponibles y con el añadido del elevador precio de las habitaciones. Nos asignó una habitación pegada a la carretera principal y era tan sumamente ruidosos que no pudimos dormir durante toda la noche, fue horrible.

Perfect place to stay when coming to Chichicastenango!
Pros:

Beautiful setting in old historic inn. Right in town to be right at the market in the morning. Huge room with very classic museum like pieces.

Cons:

It is cold, particularly at night in Chichicastenango. We did not want to use the fireplace (though it looked beautiful) as my husband is sensitive to the wood smoke. Would have been nice to have an alternative heat (electric heater). Would have been nice to have coffee or tea available during evening or in day.

Otelin konumu ve kendisi, mimarisi, dekorasyonu şahaneydi. Odaları gösteren,su getiren yaşı buyuk beyefendi de cok kibar ve ilgiliydi. Kahvaltı da güzeldi. Şömine harikaydi.

Cons:

3 kere oda degistirdik. Tek kisilik oda verdiler vs. Çok uğraştık. Birinin odadan cikis yaptigini gorduk, kendimiz oda bulduk resmen. Resepsiyondaki calisanlarda ve koordinasyonda bir kopukluk vardi. Kafe bar tarafinda calisan hanimefendi cok kabaydi. Garip bir oteldi parasini haketmiyir bence.
