Pros:

Clean, comfortable bed. Shower had lovely, soap and shampoo.
Water and milk in fridge.
Quiet yet close enough to walk safely to our event.

Whilst nothing bad, disappointed about Resturant/Cafe not being open and very expensive.
Pros:

Check-in OK, room tidy and convenient location wise.

Cons:

The resturant and cafe was not open, if I knew that I would not have stayed as I wanted a holisitc exerience (accommodation, coffee and meals) at that expensive rate, did not want to have to move far so won't be staying there again if the Cafe/Resturant not open. Also the noise from homeless people at night quite distrubing although not Motel's fault.

Very satisfied with accommodation otherwise
Pros:

The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

It would have been nice if there were some breakfast bowls in the cupboard to have some cereal before we had to drive this morning. Also the sofa bed would be a lot more comfortable with a mattress topper on it.

Property has been poorly maintained. Bed needs replacing springs were collapsed, door locks don’t work properly, fridge is undersized. No laundry facilities.

The location is a bit out of the way, however everything else is so great we don’t mind and stay here every time we pass through Rocky.

Easy comfortable we were only there for one night stop over on road trip and it was perfect
