Lovely place to stay in Sanur with exceptional breakfast
Pros:

A lovely Boutique Hotel in Sanur. It’s not by the beach but with the bicycles we rented from the hotel it was only a short ride to the coast. There is a little back gate to avoid the main road out the front, which was great. The hotel is quiet and the gardens are beautiful. Very friendly staff and absolutely delicious breakfast at the in-house restaurant. We enjoyed our stay here.

Cons:

Throughout our stay we couldn’t use the pool at times due to maintenance. That was a bit of shame as it would have been nice to cool down. The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved.

Really lovely stay
Pros:

Gorgeous cottage type accomodation. Really pretty with a little veranda, comfortable bedroom and spacious bathroom. Great pool area.
Super friendly and efficient staff.

Exceptional stay in a beautiful property with the best staff, great food and immaculate gardens.
Pros:

A stunning boutique property with beautiful bungalows nestled among tranquil gardens. Quiet and relaxing. Timber floors and old photos were part of the charm. Provincial details throughout the property made this a unique stay. Breakfast at the restaurant was impressive with quality meals. My husband and I enjoyed our 15 minute included massage at the spa on the property. If we were staying longer than 2 nights we would have booked further treatments. A special mention to the front office supervisor, Yoost. He really is the heart of this property. His service was exceptional however this was the case for all the wonderful staff. We enjoyed the 12 minute walk to the beach because it was an opportunity to see nearby warungs and shops along the way.

Cons:

We could not fault anything or anyone at this exceptional property. It really was a 10 out of 10 experience for us.

Cons:

We had booked a twin room and separately confirmed w hotel that it was available. Also informed w would arrive early evening. When we arrived our room was not ready and was asked to wait in lobby for 15-20 min as we would have an upgrade. We chose to have a cocktail in restaurant while waiting (own expense). We were escorted to a garden cabin w a double bed, not twin bed! Instead they had put in an overnight extra bed (camping style) next to the double bed. Neither of us wanted to sleep there. This is not what I booked or what the hotel had confirmed. When complaining I was taken to a regular double room but which could be converted to twin. When I demanded to have what we had booked and paid for, they again needed 30 min to convert. I asked why they did not give us this room to start with and they said something about a tree falling over (?). Time was now 8pm and we still had no room. By that time we had traveled all day and were too tired to go out, and asked for dinner compensation at the restaurant. They offered the cheapest meal available. I asked for other dish and offered to pay difference. Again we had to wait and wait for confirmation for measly 15.000 IDR. Less than 1 USD. This was completely ridiculous. The management of this situation was handled extremely poor and I only hope for other guests, that this was a one off. Needless to say we only stayed one night and then left for other hotel the next morning.

Agréable séjour à Sanur
Pros:

Nous avons logé dans un petit bungalow très spacieux. La piscine n’est pas très grande mais très fonctionnelle. Le restaurant, ouvert pour tous les services, est bon et copieux. Une mention spéciale à tout le personnel qui est très attentionné mais cela doit être une règle à Bali

Cons:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est proche d’une artère principale donc peut être bruyant.

L'hôtel est très bien situé par rapport au centre ville de Sanur. On peut s'y rendre à pieds sans problème. Les chambres sont des petites maisons individuelles sobres avec une petite terrasse très agréables Mobilier année 30 qui se marie parfaitement à l'environnement.

Le personnel discret très souriant et aux petits soins.

Le restaurant propose de très bons petits déjeuners indonésiens ou européens. Vous pouvez déjeuner ou dîner sur place. Le ckef cuisine divinement bien. Je recommande le poisson cuit dans une feuille de banane et le bœuf.

L'accès au centre ville en passant par l'arrière du jardin très pratique.
Un bel endroit au calme avec un magnifique jardin et jolie piscine.

Hier kom je volledig tot rust, heel vriendelijk personeel. De huisjes zijn echt gezellig met een leuk terrasje waar je savonds nog kan nagenieten.
