Poor management
Pros:

Pool area looked nice.

Cons:

We had booked a twin room and separately confirmed w hotel that it was available. Also informed w would arrive early evening. When we arrived our room was not ready and was asked to wait in lobby for 15-20 min as we would have an upgrade. We chose to have a cocktail in restaurant while waiting (own expense). We were escorted to a garden cabin w a double bed, not twin bed! Instead they had put in an overnight extra bed (camping style) next to the double bed. Neither of us wanted to sleep there. This is not what I booked or what the hotel had confirmed. When complaining I was taken to a regular double room but which could be converted to twin. When I demanded to have what we had booked and paid for, they again needed 30 min to convert. I asked why they did not give us this room to start with and they said something about a tree falling over (?). Time was now 8pm and we still had no room. By that time we had traveled all day and were too tired to go out, and asked for dinner compensation at the restaurant. They offered the cheapest meal available. I asked for other dish and offered to pay difference. Again we had to wait and wait for confirmation for measly 15.000 IDR. Less than 1 USD. This was completely ridiculous. The management of this situation was handled extremely poor and I only hope for other guests, that this was a one off. Needless to say we only stayed one night and then left for other hotel the next morning.

Agréable séjour à Sanur
Pros:

Nous avons logé dans un petit bungalow très spacieux. La piscine n’est pas très grande mais très fonctionnelle. Le restaurant, ouvert pour tous les services, est bon et copieux. Une mention spéciale à tout le personnel qui est très attentionné mais cela doit être une règle à Bali

Cons:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est proche d’une artère principale donc peut être bruyant.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé par rapport au centre ville de Sanur. On peut s'y rendre à pieds sans problème. Les chambres sont des petites maisons individuelles sobres avec une petite terrasse très agréables Mobilier année 30 qui se marie parfaitement à l'environnement.

Le personnel discret très souriant et aux petits soins.

Le restaurant propose de très bons petits déjeuners indonésiens ou européens. Vous pouvez déjeuner ou dîner sur place. Le ckef cuisine divinement bien. Je recommande le poisson cuit dans une feuille de banane et le bœuf.

L'accès au centre ville en passant par l'arrière du jardin très pratique.
Un bel endroit au calme avec un magnifique jardin et jolie piscine.

Gezellig sfeervol hotel waar rust centraal staat
Pros:

Hier kom je volledig tot rust, heel vriendelijk personeel. De huisjes zijn echt gezellig met een leuk terrasje waar je savonds nog kan nagenieten.

Luxury at a great price! W
Pros:

I liked the big spacious property, the fact the units are not too close to each other so I didn't hear much noise at all. The pool was clean and great. Staff were friendly and the location is close to the main strip in town.

Cons:

Everything was good and taken care for. Really great place to relax, so would definitely recommend this place.

Pros:

Le jardin la piscine la chambre et le restaurant.

Cons:

J’ai demandé à ce qu’on appelle un taxi, on m’a suggérée un taxi travaillant avec l’hôtel qui coûtait plus cher que celui que je visais. On m’a maintenu le contraire mais je ne leur en veux pas. On a fini par trouver une solution qui répondait à mes attentes. Le personnel reste très gentil et attentionné.

le jardin, la piscine de la villa

Cons:

La propreté de la salle de bain. Le rideau de douche était très sale.
les locaux et les équipements qui sont vieillissant et auraient besoin d’être rafraîchis
remontées d’odeur dans les douches.
le petit déjeuner qui n’est pas un buffet, et un seul choix est possible sur une carte que l’on vous tend.
Si vous voulez un supplément, il faut payer!!!
lorsque vous quittez l’établissement, on vous demande d’attendre afin de vérifier si la chambre est conforme aux attentes de l’hôtel.
la chambre que nous avions loué devait être équipée d’un lit double. Et on nous a donné deux petits lits sans possibilité d’obtenir un lit double.
impossibilité de verrouiller les fenêtres, il faut impérativement fermer les volets donc il fait toujours sombre dans la chambre.
Nous avons mangé à midi au restaurant , je déconseille fortement car tout est surgelé.
Notre chambre donnée sur une rue très passante donc très bruyante car les chambres ne sont pas isolées, phoniquement
Nous avons séjourné dans six logements différents à Bali, et c’est de loin l’établissement le plus décevant.

Très bien placé pour Sanur
Pros:

Hotel très mignon, au calme malgré une grande route juste à coté. Très bon petit déjeuner sucré. La porte de sortie par derrière est très appréciable pour se rendre à la mer et dans le centre
