Clean comfortable room , great food and friendly staff

The style and decore was stunning. The rooms were good size. The bedding and beds were very comfortable. It felt like a home away from home.
In the morning our window was facing back of restaurant and someone was emptying things into the bin.
We found a large bit of glass on tge floor that had been missed. Staff explained weekend before was a large party watching the rugby.
The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the staff, service and food were incredible

The staff made you feel welcome from the moment we came in and staff were always on hand to help or give information.
Really enjoyed our stay and will be returning with our little boy to do more exploring of this wonderful little town.

What didn’t you , the property was beautiful indulgent and opulent .
Maybe a tad warmer in the bedroom ,however it was beautiful comfy bed ,clean and much gratitude for the kind gift box to snack I fixed your long curtain the hook came off ,but hey that’s okay the room was stunning beautiful wallpaper and loved the art .
Only didn’t purchase because I would create one but feel sure she will have sold it .

I booked 2 nights for a family member and his partner. They said they had a lovely welcome and the staff were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. They commented that the room was exceptional and the power shower was just the best. They also said that there were a wonderful selection of tea's and other items which were replenished the next day. The staff also assisted with local knowledge. The log burner was cosy on arrival. My son and I are going to visit later in the year as the hotel looks beautiful. I spoke with Lynn who went above and beyond. Great service and don't stop what you are doing.
