Great vibe - I loved everything!

Excellent stay, highly recommend
Pros:

Excellent customer service from reception and restaurant.
Great amenities in room, large size room and lovely touch with water and snacks in the room provided which were replenished each day. Very comfortable bed, pillows and temperature of room.
Quality of food also excellent at breakfast and dinner

Highly recommended stay. Met every expectation.
Pros:

Quick easy checking at restaurant reception. Greeted by very helpful staff. Meal in restaurant wast delicious. Facilities in apartment were excellent. Bed were the comfiest I've experienced in hotels/apartments. The 5 of us slept great and being ladies of a certain age...that doesn't happen often. The apartment was perfect for our visit. Really couldn't rate this highly enough.

Cons:

This isn't a reflection on Woodside. It was fantastic. There wasn't any other pub options nearby. Not a big issue as there is a pub in hotel but if you are looking for change of scene, then there isn't anywhere else.

Amazing experience for the price
Pros:

Really friendly staff, professional and got us checked in really quickly. Lovely room and nice hot shower. Very comfortable bed too. Great location.

Can hear noises from nearby rooms, breakfast could be better for vegan options.

Pros:

The flat was great.

Cons:

The reception for collecting keys was a bit confusing as the waitress could not find the booking and I was not seen to quickly but not to bad an experience once we got going

Great stay for an overnight or if travelling in the Stirling area.
Pros:

Food was excellent, breakfast had free options eg continental and some filled breakfast rolls but also had items with supplements such as a full Scottish breakfast.
Decor and cleanliness were excellent throughout.
Staff were very helpful and could not be faulted.
Good parking area.

Cons:

Bar prices were a bit on the high side considering the hotel is in a quiet location.
Its an old building so just be aware there is no lift to the upper floors.
