Very convenient, clean and pleasant.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Loud music shut off by 10pm. I was grateful for the return of clothing I had left by accident.

Fantastic host and wonderful place with a great restaurant.

Very convenient location, nice room, food offering not great.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Bacon ciabatta very good but other continental items very limited.

Cons:

Evening meal. Small menu and quite expensive. Much better alternatives in the area.
In the room, which was stylish and comfortable, there was a lot of mould in the shower.

Pros:

The check in was very welcoming,just enough information.Rooms were very comfortable ,with little extras such as bottles of water,crisps and teacakes,all complimentary. Plenty of storage,mirrors,hairdryer and toiletries.Breafast was enhanced continental ( yoghurt cereals fruit and sausage/ bacon bap or egg on toast) and supplemented extras such as eggs benedict.
We ate in their restaurant one night.very good ,good choice,not overly expensive.Checkout time was until 10.30am

Cons:

The net curtains were a bit grubby in Birch room.The windows were old sash ones and could do with repair/ replacement but this did not ruin our stay.We didn't even notice until checkout when we pulled back for airing.few cobwebs in mainlight.

The stuff at the Woodside Hotel next door could not have been more accommodating. Everyone was so pleasant and cheerful
Pros:

The property is in the lovely village of Dune. Parking was excellent, the property was absolutely lovely and we felt very much at home.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike, although guests should be clear that there are stairs to access.
