The way I was treated, buy the person working there they made my husband to pay in his account for two nights 5.and 6 and there where hot on me that pay and I paid 50euro again and I didn't sleep on six and they said they will pay me back and the guy working there shouted on me when I was leaving and I really was treated badly

I didn't get a physical receipt, I still need it.

The apartment had little illumination and the kitchen didn't have most of the required kitchen utensils. The WiFi was very frustrating. I could not communicate with my loved ones. One of the apartment attendants, Peter, was very disrespectful on our last day.

Prices on the restaurant menu- Abit high.
Stay prices should also be flexible with seasons

It was not clear if the pool was included. On booking.com no additional fee was mentioned for the swimming pool but in the appartmen rules it was mentioned that the pool was at additional cost.

Feedback on Conditions

We arrived at 12h00 to take up the apartment. Only to be told by Peter that the previous occupant was still in the flat. The previous occupant`s departure and the cleaning of the flat took until 14h00. Another apartment was put to our disposal for that time however. We were looked after, but it was not what you expect after a long fight.

Overall, the Apartment makes a very good impression.

However, when one looks at the details then there are issues:

- Front Door:

The wood of the door jamb is damaged. Possible from an attempted forced entry. Needs to be fixed.
Also, the lock does not operate smoothly – it sticks.

- General:

The flat has been painted with white paint. Fine. But the painter did not cove the floor, tiles and other surfaces and there is white paint splatter everywhere.

The long wall is painted in a very attractive design. However, it has also white paint splatter and it is dirty in several places.

- Lounge:

- Ceiling Fan does not work. The fan speed selector wheel is missing.

- Dining area: One of the two bar stools is damaged and has no seat cushion.

- Our issues are with the equipping of the Kitchen:

• The big things are there and work
• There is a nice Teflon coated frying pan. But the egg lifter provided is made of metal, which would kill the Teflon coating. Please supply wooden or plastic egg lifter.
• However, the cooking and eating utensils are very minimal.
• There are two large knives. But they are utterly blunt. I do not think that they were ever sharp. Totally useless.
• There were no table knives for eating. Peter was able to get some for us. This is not something that one should have to ask for.
• There was no bread knife. Despite asking Peter for one, he never supplied one. Very irritating, as we had to hack bread with the blunt knives. Very irritating.
• The plate of the gas stove well. We are experienced with cookin

As written in details in my review about my first stay (07 - 13.10.2024), there is a lack of attention to details. Many things need attention (maintenance). The basin sink was blocked, the shower almost. Problem s with the fans, etc.

The kitchen has the basics - kettle, cooker and microwave, however if you want to cook your own meals you may need to be a bit creative in terms of cooking tools and utensils.... however, I did manage with what was available.

There were no fans.
