Pros:

We really liked the location near the south bay.
My daughter really liked the comfortable bed!
The staff were friendly particularly one lady who made an effort to chat with us and my daughter liked her.
Breakfast was nice particularly the poacherld eggs.
It was clean and tidy and the cafe was a nice addition.

Cons:

The breakfast selection was limited in continental options. We appreciate Kellogg's the cereal choice but felt it lacked pastries, fresh fruit and yoghurt options.

We would have liked fresh milk and water for the room but appreciate this is a luxury preference.

Great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay next time in Scarborough.
Pros:

Claire was fab and very welcoming.
Breakfast was great and good value for money.
Child friendly meals.
Lovely accommodation and we would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Nothing at all to dislike tbh!

Lovely place to stay. You will be assured of a warm welcome & a fab breakfast!
Pros:

Location. Helpful staff & lovely greeting upon arrival. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The breakfast was fab, really interesting choice & yummy!!

Cons:

Nothing really, it served us very well for our visit to Scarborough. Great location & easy parking

Pros:

Lovely staff & breakfast nice

Cons:

Beds very uncomfortable.mattress needed replacing has very old & even with mattress topper on it dip down in middle.it was the most uncomfortable mattress i have ever slept when I did manage to fall asleep
