Great Value for money, did the job :)
Pros:

Really good location, very affordable, lovely room with high ceilings, and the staff was graceful enough to get in touch with me and leave a key in an accessible location as there was no one to receive me at the time of my arrival. Happy that my request for a room with a table was accomodated

Cons:

Bed was not comfortable, very weak (soft) and there was a smell, not a bad smell, just one of old furniture/fabric.

Very spacious and tastefully furnished rooms. Centrally located, but still quiet. Would repeat.
Pros:

Location could have been better signed. There is a cafe on ground floor, and the main signage is all about that.

Cons:

Could be easier to find in the dark - We went round the block a couple of times because our sat nav took us to the cafe and we didn't realise that was also the hotel entrance.

Great value, relaxing stay in a lovely building
Pros:

We stay in Scarborough regularly and have enjoyed visiting the cafe for many years, so decided to use the accommodation here this time. Very spacious, comfy room with everything we needed. Very relaxed stay - and the breakfast was top notch as per!

Comfortable, lovely host, good breakfast, huge room and very reasonable rates.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. easy to check in and breakdfast choice was flexible. Room was huge and the bed was large and comfortable.

Cons:

The heating wasn't on, so the room was quite cold when we first arrived, but the host apologized profusely as she hadn't put it on earlier, so it was a small oversight.

Great stay, amazing value for money
Pros:

Great location. Room was lovely, decent size and very clean. Amazing breakfast in the morning. Absolute bargain. Will definitely stay here again when in the area

Cons:

Could have done with a mirror in the bedroom, there was only one in the bathroom

Pros:

Front the moment we set foot in the door the service was 10/10 the staff were amazing very very friendly they are a credit to your business! The breakfast was amazing! Would definitely recommend staying here 😊

Lovely clean and comfortable room and tasty breakfast
Pros:

Good location. Parking wasn't an issue for us as we only there during the free times i.e after 5pm the room was big and comfortable and clean. The extra heater was welcome as it was a bit chilly. The enormous bed was very comfy. The breakfast was lovely. Having early check in was also a bonus and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Nothing. It was exactly as a good B&B should be

Excellent location, beautiful hotel. We stayed in room 3 which was beautifully decorated & very comfortable.
Breakfast was absolutely delicious.
Staff were very helpful & couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable.
Overall a wonderful stay & will definitely return.
