Pros:

The breakfast was fab, friendly host, very clean.

Cons:

The room was very clean, but was a little smaller than it looked in the picture, with a very bijou bathroom, but that said it was clean and cosy and we had a lovely stay.

Lovely weekend break.
Pros:

Lovely big room ,plenty of tea ,coffee + milk provided. All very clean . Staff very efficient and friendly. Mattress not comfy but unless you say the staff don't know so we passed on our concerns as we left . Free parking further up the road , lovely walk into town along the front. We will be back thankyou Rowntree Lodge.

Pros:

Good location- I was able to walk from the station. Safe surroundings near the sea. Plenty of trees in the area. Easy check in, lovely clean room. Tea and coffee a’plenty. Excellent breakfast and staff. When in Scarborough, I woul stay here again and I recommend this place.

Cons:

Right tap fixture room 2 was difficult to turn.

Only criticism ( slightest), the attic room did make it awkward to get out of bed due to the slope of roof

Large, nicely decorated room. Very clean. Superb breakfast with quality ingredients.

Cons:

Ground floor room 1 adjacent to dining room so a bit noisy from 7am. Very soft mattress.

We absolutely love both hotels!

We have stayed here quite a few times and we just think this place is truly wonderful.

Such a warm welcome from the lovely owner, she is very kind, professional and friendly!

We love all the rooms we've stayed in and always had the most lovely sleep!
