Terrible place to stay.
Pros:

The people were very friendly

Cons:

The room was dirty. The toilet seat was supposed to be an oval seat and they put in a circular seat which left the bowl rim exposed and on your legs. Then the bowl was so dirty and stained like no one had used a brush on it in a couple of months. The yard said pet friendly but had not been mowed in many weeks. Burrs everywhere which got on my little dog. The ice machines were not working on any floor and the breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced. I trying to think of a positive but it is vey hard. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Should have stayed in hays ks.
Pros:

The friendly kittens outside.

Cons:

The shower was dirty. The toilet seat was broken. The sheets looked like someone had already slept on them.we had trouble getting into our room, and the door handle wouldn't work properly.

Ok value for the price.
Pros:

It was clean. The one staff member was friendly. The town is within walking distance and cute.

Cons:

The ice machine was out of order. The place is older and could use a bit more care.

It was decent for what we needed after a long drive. I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.
Pros:

The property was right near 70 and the reason we chose this hotel on the way home.

Cons:

The breakfast advertised was not the breakfast provided. It says American breakfast and it was a continental breakfast.

The room was hot.

Also I am pretty sure I found a bed bug in our room.
