Should have stayed in hays ks.
Pros:

The friendly kittens outside.

Cons:

The shower was dirty. The toilet seat was broken. The sheets looked like someone had already slept on them.we had trouble getting into our room, and the door handle wouldn't work properly.

Pros:

It was clean. The one staff member was friendly. The town is within walking distance and cute.

It was decent for what we needed after a long drive. I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.
Pros:

The property was right near 70 and the reason we chose this hotel on the way home.

Cons:

The breakfast advertised was not the breakfast provided. It says American breakfast and it was a continental breakfast.

The room was hot.

Also I am pretty sure I found a bed bug in our room.

Pool temporary closed
Pros:

Cleaning was very good. The floor is excellent because there is no carpet with its smell.

Cons:

Stayed at your hotel from 15 to 16 June 2026.
We checked into the hotel just for the pool. We had grandchildren with us, and they asked to rent a hotel with only a swimming pool.
There was no notice on your page that the pool was temporarily closed. When we arrived at the hotel, we were also not informed that the pool was closed. Our grandson had already changed clothes and left, and only then did we see the sign that it was closed.
I told the employee that we should receive compensation, but the employee refused.

It was available when we needed a room

Cons:

Room was dirty. Mattress had visibly blood stains on side of mattress, bottom sheet has blood stain on side on mattress . Bathroom wall socket missing plate, shower floor black/ dirty, shower drain with left over soap in drain, shower head and curtain and drain plug all visibly soiled/ dirty. Shower curtain discolored on bottom . Floors were dirty and turned socks and feet black. Dust ruffle on bed number 2 torn, curtains cracked / torn, lamp shade in bad repair .
