Clean room, easily accessible. Seem less check in
The cleaning crew were great. But the front office was rude and just unpleasant to deal with. THERE ARE NO RESTAURANTS IN THIS HOTEL. You have to walk to another hotel to get ANY FOOD. They will give you one water bottle, if you ask for more after 5pm, they will not give you any. And yes, NO ROOM SERVICE.
There is a convenience store near by, but if you don't have water in the night, then good luck walking to the store.
The first day my AC wouldn't work. When i talked to the receptionist, he said "Maybe it does not want to work." And he turned around and went about his business. I was pissed, but controlled myself and requested him to please do something. He said he'll 'try.' After an hour i went back and asked again, he barely acknowledged me. Third time i made a issue. After another hour a technician came up and told me that the AC is frosted over. It took another hour before they changed rooms.
Terrible customer service. Please also check the ratings that Hotels.com is saying for this hotel. It's not a 5 star hotel. This is a budget hotel with old furniture and NO RESTAURANTS.
Clean convenient and staff friendly
The staff at reception were non - chalant. Bad attitude . Service was poor. No porters. were unable to deliver an iron to the room. Had to fetch it myself. Breakfast was poor.
The Staff was really rude , they were claiming they didnt see my booking and there were no rooms
Hotel clean with friendly and helpful staff.I highly recommend ,Metcourt was home and close to the shops ,road .Easy to access transport.

Area is good. For the rate paid room was great. Had some wifi issues at times

Booked and paid by app but was delayed by staff trying to confirm my booking.had booked double bed got twin beds

It is so sad to see that a hotel and complex like that has not been upgraded to move with the times.
I last stayed here about 6 years ago and everything, the decor included is exactly the same.
No restaurant, bar section in the hotel (Metcourt) anymore.

There are things to do like swim and play tennis. Housekeeping was a bit negligent ( they left things in my room)
I didn’t like anything everything was bad,staff not helping answering my questions and first night I asked for bathroom towels three times from 16.30 to 20.30 that’s when I given following day same and I didn’t ask I used bed sheets since the room had two single bed
