I didn’t get the garage parking because it already full.
I need to go down tu level 1 just to iron mu clothes. It is better if each room got iron.

No enough parking lot. Toilet kind flood during bath. Breakfast served but limited choices.

Housekeeping issues:
1) Policy states that linens are changed every 5 days and the room is tidied (bins emptied, bed made) every 2 days. Our room was not tidied at all across our 4 night stay. Housekeeping was only seen on day 3, at which point it made no sense when we were leaving the next morning.

2) Previous guests ear cleaning cotton buds/receipts/mess were left on the floor. We saw housekeeping lifting beds onto chairs in other rooms to clean underneath, so it was even more bizarre that we still had previous guests mess in our room.

3) Shower gel completely empty, had to chase up for this basic need. No hand soap/hand wash at all, despite previous reviews recommending it and hotel responses stating this will be taken into consideration.

4) Placed bottled water into a mug, for the water to turn murky with a film on it. Disgusting.

All four washer dryers out of order, not mentioned at check-in.

Absolutely no wardrobe space, all luggage left out in the open and clothing hanging on very limited hangers on a ceiling-mounted clothes rail.

Hotel states no prepayment is required, however they attempted to take a payment from the card on file (which didn't work). I updated the card and the full payment was taken. The day after, another payment was attempted - which began a very stressful few hours a day before travelling getting in touch with Booking.com, who confirmed that the hotel should not be attempting to take any full payments as this was against their policy with Booking.com, and they should refund the full amount - to only be paid upon arrival. Hotel stated that they hadn't updated their system to show that the second card was accepted and to ignore further requests. They did not refund the full amount, however they also did not attempt to take another payment.

Unhoused people sleep outside the hotel and will bug you and follow you for money if you attempt to use the ATM in the laundry opposite the hotel.

If you plan to stay at this hotel, I would not recommend having breakfast here as it is not worth the money. The breakfast provided does not match the price charged. On weekends, guests should be served a wider variety of nutritious breakfast options, not just fried rice or plain spaghetti. They even serve banana cake that can easily be bought from a Mydin supermarket, and tap water.
