Pros:

Nearby to shopping place central market, petaling street market n pasar karat. Good location n near train n bus station.
From pasar seni can take one stop train to KL Sentral changed train n go KLCC see twin tower, or changed train to Batu cave or bukit bintang for nite Saturday live music show at bukit bintang station too.

Struttura in zona ottima, a pochi passi da Chinatown. Camera delle dimensioni corrette, con bagno a parte e accessori per il bagno (saponi, spazzolino da denti). Buona colazione a buffet (un po internazionale, essendo italiano sono abituato a yogurt, biscotti e robe più semplici) ma se ti piacciono gli spaghetti con le uova e würstel e’ il posto ideale. Si possono comunque mangiare pancakes, dei cereali, e pane tostato con marmellata). Inoltre ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli un giorno in anticipo (senza pagare) perché abbiamo fatto una gita fuori KL e tornavamo a dormire lì il giorno successivo.

Bello bello.
Pros:

La nostra stanza era al decimo piano, con una bellissima vista sulla città.
È dotata di bollitore, tè o caffè, phon, asciugamani, televisore con canali nazionali, shampoo e sapone. Viene regalata una bottiglietta di acqua al giorno.
La camera è come nelle foto.
La zona è perfetta per muoversi con i mezzi pubblici e a piedi.

Cons:

Avrei gradito la pulizia quotidiana, non solo su richiesta.

L'abbiamo scelto solo perché vicinissimo al punto dove si parte con un'agenzia che si occupa del viaggio per raggiungere le isole Perenthian. Ci abbiamo dormito solo una notte. Sufficiente direi. Vicinissimo a Chinatown. Per una notte va bene...non di più!

The location is good, with many eateries and convenient stores

Cons:

We arrived early and there isn't any early check in, which is fine, but after we checked in at 3pm, the room does not have towels and bath mats. Aircon are not working well. We have to wait for the in house technician to fix it and that made us late for our dinner reservation. 3 wall plug sockets were not working as well. The floors are not really clean and the toilet smelled of urine - we suspect the cleaning was not done thoroughly before we entered.
Wasnt offered a room change after all the complaints

If you're going to stay for a night or 2, it would be fine. But for longer stay, look elsewhere
