This should be a show hotel for Travellodge instead they are just extracting the money and spending the minimum I’ve bo
Pros:

It location was the only excellent thing about this hotel

Cons:

In five days I had no room service at all no towels beds made toilet roles cleaners nothing
The hotel needs a complete overhaul when it rained water poured in wetting the whole landing
it was that bad that one the sixth floor there was strips of wall paper missing from the Wall because the plaster was damp and perished

Budget conscious stay in a prime location.

Lacking some basic amenities
Pros:

Great location, near to Chinatown and MRT station.

Cons:

The whole property upstairs felt like it was in need of decorating/ was being left to neglect.
There was no hot water in our room, and basic amenities were missing (no soap in the bathroom). The pillows were also very thick and really hard, I woke up with neck pain and slept without one the rest of the night.
