Pros:

All staff are amazing especially April and Norman from the bar/restaurant, great variety of food and drinks. Location was great, 100m from legian food court and roughly 1.5km from garlic lane.
Majority of rooms have a pool view.
There is a school next door, but it was nice to hear the kids singing hymns and enjoying themselves.
Hotel was always kept immaculate.
Spa and massage was great value for money.
This is our new bali home, 100% recommended.

El hotel no tiene nada malo. Está muy bien para descansar y cerca de la playa.
Lo mejor son las camas, muy cómodas y con almohadas. Nos gustó mucho también tener balcón.
El baño no es el mejor que he visto en mi vida, pero correcto: suficiente presión, agua caliente, todo bien.
El personal muy atento y simpático.

Cons:

El desayuno nos gustó, pero aviso para occidentales: no encontrareis una selección de fiambres, quesos, bacon, beans, frutas y cosas similares. Es un desayuno buffet multicultural, y hay mucha variedad de platos asiáticos. Tienes estación de huevos y diferentes panes, que es lo que difrutamos de verdad.

Location and money exchange in lobby

Cons:

Right next to school, get woken at 7am by school children, construction next to hotel with noise all day. There was a cat that cried at 2am most mornings and then there's the rooster that crows early morning til late morning. There is no sound proofing, you can here your neighbours going to the toilet and thumping around, staff on their radios in the hall ways and slamming of doors at all hours. The first week our tv kept breaking down until they replaced it in the second week, our bathroom flooded from a pipe under the sink. Cleaning of rooms pretty average we had to keep asking for towels coffee and toilet paper as they would forget to leave them. No water bottles in room, you're left a jug in room to fill yourself at end of corridor. Breakfast was absolutely one of the worst I've ever had no variety, chicken every morning and hot food was cold. Not once during our stay did we see the pool get cleaned. If given a week to stay for free I would decline.

Cons:

My double bed was two singles pushed together and shower was basically cold. Booked 7 nights checked out after one night. No refund but expected that as it was stated when booked.

Bliss Bali surfer resort Legian
Pros:

I absolutely love this place. I was there for 28 days as a base on and off. The staff were exceptional.🤗 Always happy to help with anything you need. It's a clean, fresh Great place to stay. The rooms were so spacious and comfortable and clean. The price was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here.
Only a short stroll down to the main part of legian as well as the legion food court is literally 1 minute walk around the corner. It's a great location and a little bit quieter out of the hustle and bustle..

Cons:

I loved everything there. The staff were my absolute favourite. They were a beautiful bunch of people.

We love everything at Bliss surfer which is why we keep coming back, the rooms are great everything you need for a comfortable stay, but its the staff for us especially April from the restaurant they all treat you like family and are very attentive with anything you will need,Location is perfection its on the outskirts of Legian so easy to get in and out in a car or scooter but only an 8 min walk to beach,close to shops and restaurants and only 4 doors down from Legian food court.We love our stays at Bliss surfer Hotel.
