Lovely staff and beautiful appartments

Finnaly was ok. There strategy with the chek in time (before 18) is strange and make me nervous, but finally was ok.

Check in orribile, ho pattuito con la struttura il trasferimento aeroporto-struttura con l agenzia visto che oltre le 18 il check in non era disponibile, nessun problema... Al mio arrivo a Bucharest, alle 23 e 30, non ho trovato nessuno all aeroporto quindi decido di prendere in taxi... Arrivato alla struttura non son riuscito a contattare nessuno per poter entrare e allora ho dovuto trovare sistemazione in un albergo 4 stelle li vicino( 100 euro una notte)... Il mattino dopo ho chiesto spiegazioni ma il tizio mi ha solo detto che gli sembrava strano, vabbé 100 euro perdi e in piu ho dovuto pagare anche la prima notte, scandaloso... Comunque, l appartamento era molto carino, ma visti I lavori edili nella struttura, la sveglia era obbligatoria alle 8 del mattino, non male per essere in vacanza...

Perfekt boende centralt i Bratislava. Vänlig personal. Mkt fräscht o välutrustat rum. Mkt bra frukost. Vi kunde lämna in vårt bagage fram tills vi kunde check in (utan kostnad).

I have booked and paid online for 4 nights. After traveling to Bucharest and reaching the adress as indicated in my booking confirmation, I had to spend hours trying to reach someone from their number to let me checkin without any sucess. Although prior to my arrival I tried calling but no one picked up the phone number given.

It ended up that I had to walk with my laguage in a town that I don't know to try to find another accomodation!

I wonder if instead of me there was a person that couldnt afford to pay another accomodation or an old person with problems of health, what would happen to him?!

This happend aproximatly a week ago and FYI, till today NO ONE from H Accomodation called to check on my Arrival/Stay or to say Wellcome to Bucharest...

We arrived to the hotel and they told as that the room we have booked is not available anymore. The one they still had was more expensive. I checked for a new reservation just to see if he is telling the truth, and I saw the same cheaper room available for the booking.

I had to leave and find another solution,

Ved tjek ind fik vi at vide, at vi skulle have reserveret parkeringsplads ved booking. Det husker jeg ikke at have fået muligheden for, så vi havde ingen parkering til vores lejede bil. Vi valgte at returnere bilen, da det ville være dyrere at parkere den end hvad brug af Uber kostede.

Selve værelset var i okay stand. Der var nogle småting, som burde fixes med tiden, men ikke noget der gjorde så meget. De kunne dog godt levere et strygebrædt, nu der er et strygejern (som ikke var så kønt). Tv-signalet var også ret dårligt. Wifi-signalet var rigtig dårligt. Man skulle stå lige foran entredøren for overhovedet at fange det, så jeg endte med at bruge det fra Radissonhotellet ved siden af!

Beliggenheden og faciliteterne derudover, var i orden. Det var ikke første gang vi var der, og vi valgte det igen netop pga. beliggenheden og den okay pris.

The inside of the unit is modern and tidy. The reception gentlemen was informative and friendly. cleanliness require a major focus. The floors were dirty and with hair strands everywhere. The towels were very old and in bad shape. The plates were not properly cleaned. The bed, I think had bed bugs I could not stop itching. The reception is close over the weekend so unfortunately I couldn't reach them.

On arrival we thought "what on earth are we entering" . The guy on the desk was a bit grumpy but it was Sunday evening and he had to come in to let us in . The lobby part smelt and needed a lick of paint . On entering the appartment we could smell cigarette smoke. We opened the windiws and it went after a while . We had a double bedroom with TV ,bed and wardrobes . There was a large bathroom but door didn't close but we learnt how to prop it closed. The living room had a TV, table,and chairs, coffee table and a large sofa bed that was comfortabe. The bonus was having a kitchen with a cooker hob, microwave , fridge ,also cutlery and plates ect.
The minir irritations were worth putting up with ,due to the size if the place. We were right near to restaurants a supermarket and the tiwn centre s.i all in all it was value for money

Very good apartment. Great location, very good conditions for a family.
We think unfair to charge 10euros for late check in.

Zentral gelegen, sehr gepflekt,, entspricht der Erwartungen!

Rigtig fint til prisen. Fine rene lejligheder helt centralt i byen. Ingen daglig rengøring, men det fungerede fint for os. Lejlighederne er klart pænere end det indtryk men umiddelbart får når man træder ind i opgangen!

We've rented a studio apartment from Agentia H for 11 days. Excellent location (just across from Sala Palatului), top services - from the booking agent, to the maintenance/cleaning crew and the great price for the quality of service received are just the top few reasons that we absolutely loved when interacting with this company. We also appreciated the level of amenities included in the price: washing machine, microwave, silent Air Conditioner, TV and a fully equipped kitchen!
As a special note, we'd like to add that the overall cleanliness of the studio was top-notch.

If you're in Bucharest looking for a place to stay don't hesitate about Agentia H; HIGHLY recommended.

Clean place. Good access to the city. Good customer care.

It was no frills, with an excellent position. Can cook own meals. Has a vibe of 'communists housing block' complete with single old style lifts, multiple mail boxes and entrances with dated vinyl and a little bit of graffiti.

Clean, basic accommodation but air con and t.v. didn't work so heat was unbearable! Could not contact reception as they were not in or answer the phone. Good central location for old town. They did come in and change bedding and towels. I wouldn't stay here again as I do like an actual hotel and air con is a must.

Vi overnattede to dage i lejligheden. Den var pæn, ren og i fin størrelse til to voksne og et barn. Området var fint og det var kun lidt besværligt med parkeringen, som lå noget væk fra lejligheden. Men bortset fra det, var der ikke meget at klage over.

Der var et par enkelte kakerlakker i lejligheden, men indrømmet, vi havde et par vinduer stående åbne, så det kan have været vores egen skyld.

Der var supermarkeder, seværdigheder, shopping og skønne caféer/restauranter i umiddelbar nærhed (vi anbefaler Chocolat!) så alt i alt en meget positiv oplevelse. Vi havde en lille hund med, og det var heller intet problem.

Before we stayed we contacted them via Whatsapp messages and they were very quick in responding and very helpful with booking airport transfer and drivers where really good and helped us with the cases up to the apartment. The location was fab, the building itself looks run down but it is in a relatively good area - well lit at night and busy roads with expensive designer shops around. Supermarket and good restaurants within 10 min walk, public transport easy to get to and only 10 min walk away and 20 min walk from the old town. The apartment itself is clean with a fully function kitchen, A/C, iron/board, hair dryer, drying rack, washing machine. when we booked we thought it was a hotel but it's a residential building, but they do have an office in the main building if there are any problems with the apartment and enquiries. However the down side for us was
1. we booked 2 apartments but they were in 2 different buildings a road a part - not stated when we booked
2. lift available but that's after steps into the building so not pram or wheelchair friendly
3. One of our apartment had a really small kitchen (cupboard) with no dining tables/chairs

I would have given 4* if it wasn't for the steps to the building - making it difficult for those with kids with pushchairs and the fact that we weren't with the rest of the party.
