انصح به وبشده فندق نظيف سعره مناسب خدماتهم العاملين بشوشين ولطفاء خاصه الأخت ايرينا الاوكرانية رااائعه وخدمتنا كنت حاجز غرفه صغيره وغيرتها إلى غرفه كبيره وكانت على أطلاله
خدمه ولا أروع كانك في بيتك خدومه ومتعاونه جداااا بارك الله فيها وساعود تكرارا ومرارا لهذا الفندق

Excellent location! I spent 4 nights in a twin room on the first floor at Elanez Hotel in September 2025 The staff are very friendly & make you feel welcome.

The location is excellent, just round the corner from the hustle & bustle of Istanbul but I couldn’t hear any of it from the room which was fab! Most things are in walking distance which is amazing, just 15 mins to Sultanahmet Square with Topkapi Palace & Hagai Sofia etc. If you want to venture further out the T1 tram is a few minutes walk away.

The room is large with a twin bed, sofa, fridge, tv, good air con & a bathroom. The bathroom is a good size but a bit run down & there were ants. The shower pressure is good but sometimes there is no water for half an hour, I think this is an Istanbul issue though not the hotel.

WiFi is good & strong. There aren’t many plug sockets which isn’t ideal.

Breakfast was nice with 3 hot options each day boiled eggs, omelette & then chips or pepperoni it changed each day. There is also salad, cheese, meats, fruit, bread, jams & spreads. Fruit juices & hot drinks.

Lots of supermarkets & restaurants nearby it is the perfect location. Worth staying for the central Istanbul location as long as you don’t mind a few things not perfect.

Die Zimmer waren top das Personal war sehr freundlich und nett

الموقع مميز والغرف نظيفة والموظفين ودودين وخصوصاً إيرينا وحسين وكذلك موظف الاستقبال الثالث

The Elanaz hotel team (Irina, Hussein and another gentleman whose name I didn’t catch) are probably the most-helpful and friendly hotel staff I’ve ever met. “Above and Beyond!” describes all of them! Our Tuskish is very limited, but most staff spoke pretty good English, or we used Google translate if necessary. We got help getting a taxi (when no one from Bitaksi would take us to our destination) and setting up a surprise “Congratulations!” gift for my daughter waiting in our room on arrival (thank you Hussein- my daughter was Thrilled and you really went above and beyond!). The rooms are clean and nice, breakfast is good, and the location is fantastic! Walkable to many of Istanbul’s most-famous spectacles and very close to tram, ferry and metro for those that are further away. We really enjoyed our stay, and our visit to Istanbul was 10 times better because of the kindness and help from staff here.
