The location is about 15-20 minutes from the city center， it's a very quiet and comfortable area. The apartment was also very beautiful and fully equipped, an ideal choice for group trip.
The water tank supply was insufficient, which could lead to a shortage of hot water if most people took turns showering. The bathroom light bulb also broke down one day… but customer service responded promptly and offered a solution eventually.
Good location, clean accommodation, reasonably priced. Two bedrooms and a living space for all of us.
A few small things: bathroom mirror is so low that it stops the tap from fully functioning. The door of the safe is in a awkard position, lights are not bright in the living room for reading.

La proximité du centre ! 20mn de tout avec l’arrêt de métro La bonanova à 5mn à pied. Et être au coeur d’un quartier très locale c’est super
Les plaques de la cuisine. On a eu du mal à les faire fonctionner correctement on ne voyait plus les chiffres et elle s’arrêtait. Le bruit des voisins c’est pas beaucoup insonorisé entre étages et côté mur salle de bain
The decor is very nice, trying to give it a bit of a high level design while keeping it accessible.
The wifi was very slow and some elements of the decor felt a bit forced for the type of accomodation

This place has quite a high rating which i think is incredibly misleading and will make me think twice about using booking..com in future. The place is shabby and very tired. Poor level of finish throughout. The terrible smell (drains) as you enter the building sets the tone. See photos for a true reflection of the apartment we stayed in at the front of the building. I work for a bank I could have fitted the windows better. No wonder it’s noisy, you can see daylight coming through! Wish I could add more photos.
I’m writing a was honest review as i always find these so helpful. This is a quirky little place with bags of character and charm we loved the eclectic vibe and decor . When you first walk in there is a slight odour ( kind of damp ) but it didn’t appear to extend to the apartment, we were in flat 3 on the second floor , this one was dark we had a peek at others as we passed during cleaning and they seemed much lighter. Overall the cleanliness of the apartment was good however was just looking a little tired and could certainly use a refresh some stains on carpets and the table is chipped . The beds were very comfortable so no complaints there , we slept well and it was nice and quiet , the shower was powerful but seemed to run out of hot water on the second shower .There is only one easily accessible plug in the kitchen this made it difficult to make toast, coffee or tea at the same time but we made it work , the mini bar selection was good . The hotel was in a beautiful location and 10-15 minute walk to the metro . House keeping did miss one day , wasn’t really a problem we just needed to ask for a coffee refresh . The on site restaurant food was amazing again with a lovely vibe & ambiance certainly worth booking a table . Hotel & restaurant staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would i stay again ! probably but in another apartment.
