Location is very center.
Walking distance to Main Street and lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and other stuff. Swakopmund is
beautiful city to explore and walk around. Hotel Rooms are big and had only one small heater in corner, if you are there during winter season rooms gets chilly. There are blankets in cabinets to use at night. Breakfast is simple but good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Shower water is tricky, not constantly hot, suddenly it gots cold middle of shower.

I would suggest smart TVs and fans in the room. Overall a very nice experience and stay. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Hotel is conveniently located which makes it easy to move around Swakopmund, it is located in proximity to many local landmark features. It is also clean and all the staff are quite friendly....

Rooms r for 2 star hotel

Breakfast was served to perfection by Grinville, Tecla, Joanna, and. Charlene. Grinville attended to details in this adequate breakfast.
The hotel is safe, comfortable with local touches of culture. Front desk staff is attentive. Front desk is not staffed after 10pm and entry is with a fob. Walkin showers, great toilets, soft beds, and large screen TV offers international stations. The main problem is that rooms 25, 26, 27, and 28 are on first floor but require walking back out of hotel on a slippery surface when damp about 40 feet and up 20 slippery steps. The area has a direct access to the outdoors and I consider its safety. Also pigeons are all over the stairs as is pigeon poop. The only unpleasant part of an otherwise lovely hotel stay

Our tour group spent two nights here and it was wonderful. A very spacious room - well we had a double room actually. Plenty of room in the mini bar fridge for our own drinks, lots of kitchen facilities and laundry service available for a few extra $. We had heaps of cupboards, a table on the balcony and the rooms even had specific towels to clean our dusty shoes. Plus the rooms were cleaned daily! Wifi was great in the rooms too. Amoria was a very welcoming and informative host. Nothing was too much for her!! We enjoyed the breakfast spread both mornings - especially the personailsied hot meals. Friendly pets to pat too.

Dinner here was all-round great. Chairs comfortable. Tables beautifully set with real linen. Service friendly and excellent too, real European touch. I had fish - grilled kingklip, which was prepared perfectly, with a delicious side salad. My husband had the best spaghetti bolognese he had tasted in quite a while. I will definitely be back!

We were here for the first time 2 days ago. The food and service were so excellent that we returned today. The food was again excellent and the service from Jogobeth was extraordinary good. She is very friendly, fast and competent! Thanks a lot!

We had a very nice time, friendly and heloful staff. We were at home, enjoyed every moment. If we ever have the opportunity we shall stay there again.

We are staying here as part of a G Adventures tour. I really don’t like the city of Swakopmund, but there are interesting things to do there. We went to Sandwich point in the dunes. The hotel room we had (4), was large with a fake fireplace but great AC. We also had some clothes laundered. I didn’t like the food, breakfast or dinner, but I don’t like German food.

I was also here a year ago.
Now that I'm back here, I deliberately went here again and ate the same thing.
It was very good again and the staff was just as friendly.
And I recomend this place to everybody 👍🏻👍🏻

In die Jahre gekommen. Bein checkin wurden wir erstmal ignoriert, weil eine ganze Reisegruppe zur gleichen Zeit ankam.

This is a small run down hotel in the heart of Swakopmund. The location is great as it is walking distance to many shops, bars and restaurant and even the beach. Close by to all agencies and Swakopmund airport. The rooms were bit old but clean and showers worked really well. The morning breakfast had a nice spread. Working Wi-Fi.

Don’t go to this restaurant unless you want a horrible experience! First we had to wait 40 minutes for our food to arrive. We ordered the Springbock which arrived completely over cooked. Manager didn’t seem to care at all. Will never come back!

If you arrive on a Sunday afternoon, please don’t expect any available parking!
No secured parking (although there is a security for the night but sleeping at night on the balcony).
It seemed we had one of the new rooms, the smell was terrible. The rooms are very noisy and bright because of the outside lights. No proper windows to open.
The food is not what it seems to be if you follow different internet plattforms. The breakfast very basic.
The service is good if you count the working hours the local people are working. From mornings to late nights. Pepe was our sunshine although she was also very tired after long shifts. From Management I only saw someone during the mornings.
The hotel is very old and needs lots of attention although parts are renovated.
I think you can get much better hospitality with a better location.

Terrible hotel. Old bedding and linen. Omld, brown towels. No fridge in room. Breakfast basic, nothing special. Hotel full of old, rasist Germans with attitudes, evennagainst children!!! Will never stay here again and will also never recommend it. Rooms basic. Felt like we were staing in a hostel.

the service we had with our dinner on the top section of the restaurant was good; while the food was very good. the seating outside on a mild evening is very nice.inside on the top section is also very nice.

The location of this hotel is good, though it is a bit of a walk from the ocean. Dinner was good. Breakfast was basic. The staff was helpful. The rooms were large. No lobby to sit in, and while there is a room deeper in the hotel, in the evening the furniture is covered in cushions from the lawn furniture.

Spent 3 very comfortable nights here. Staff were so kind and helpful. Parking on site. Rooms very clean, comfy with balcony, tea,coffee etc. We only had breakfast which was excellent. Hotel is situated very central to visiting all tourists sites plus shops.
