Great stay but it's the staff which is really amazing
Pros:

Maybe not the most luxurious one but honestly one of the best stay I had in namibia. The room are clean and roomy but the great plus is the staff. We (7 people) arrived at 18.00 with a booking made 2 hrs before and the rooms were ready and clean. Three of us needed to do some laundry and the manager was very kind and organized everything. We only stayed one night but at 12.00 the next day the laundry was ready. I also asked her to book a sandwich harbour tour for the next morning and she booked all 7 of us!! in a matter of minutes. Just great.

The staff is very friendly, helped me with my lost luggage and packed me breakfast when I needed to leave early. The rooms are great, the food at the hotel resturant is excellent!

Dimensioni della camera notrevole, disposta su due piani, doppi servizi, pulizia impeccabile, letti comodi. Posizione abbastanza centrale, a piedi si raggiungono i luoghi più interessanti di Swakopmund. Parcheggio privato gratuito. Abbiamo mangiato nel ristorante dell'hotel una delle due sere del nostro soggiorno, davvero ottimo il cibo e il servizio. Staff super disponibile. Discreta la colazione, sufficente tra dolce e salato

Die Lage, das wlan

Cons:

Das Zimmer und der Frühstücksraum waren eiskalt und deswegen habe ich eine Erkältung bekommen.
Es gab auch keine Klimaanlage.
Das Frühstück war relativ einfach und das Abendessen hat mir nicht geschmeckt.
Diie ganze Ausstattung im Zimmer war alt und angewöhnt.

New Years in Swakopmund.
Pros:

Big rooms. Comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Great breakfast. Convenient parking on street. Wonderful restaurant with outdoor/balcony seating option.

Cons:

It’s a bit of a walk to the city center and beach. We had heard that Swakopmund was the place to be for new years but we unable to find any celebrations. Not the hotel’s fault of course.
