New Years in Swakopmund.
Pros:

Big rooms. Comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Great breakfast. Convenient parking on street. Wonderful restaurant with outdoor/balcony seating option.

Cons:

It’s a bit of a walk to the city center and beach. We had heard that Swakopmund was the place to be for new years but we unable to find any celebrations. Not the hotel’s fault of course.

Pros:

Решение посетить Свакопмунд возникло спонтанно и к этому моменту все отели были забронированы, остались номера только в двух отелях и мы выбрали этот. Месторасположения неплохое, город небольшой и идти до ресторанов недалеко. Парковка отеля маленькая, 4 машины, поэтому все паркуются на улице. В номере нет кондиционера и вентиляции вообще никакой, и если кто-то воспользовался душем или туалетом, то это проблема влажности и запаха. Влажность в это время в городе очень большая в целом и кондиционер в номере был бы очень в помощь. Заселение и выселение быстро, уборкой не пользовались, так как останавливались всего на две ночи. Завтрак «протестантский», будешь сытым, но без выбора и изысков вообще. Если не настоять на эспрессо, то будете пить черный кофе как везде в южной Африке. Но мы ехали в город и на две ночи такого отеля достаточно.

Отсутствует кондиционер, а он очень нужен.
