Cons:

Noise was unacceptable. We called reception twice to ask for them to keep the patrons quiet in the lobby (noise was echoing 2 floors up) and they did nothing.

Hotel bardzo czysty w brudnej dzielnicy, personel rewelacja, parking podziemny bardzo dobry, śniadanie beznadzieja o bar
Pros:

Najlepszy i najbardziej pomocny był personel. Pod tym względem rewelacja. Pokoje bardzo czyste, parking podziemny darmowy. Blisko centrum handlowego gdzie można podejść i zrobić małe zakupy gdzie jest sklep na podobieństwo Carrefour’a.

Cons:

Śniadanie na które zwracam szczególnie uwagę było słabe. Owoców nie ma lub może są ale nie są uzupełniane wogóle, pieczywa jest mało a soki jak się skończą to nie są uzupełniane. Trochę crossaints było ale też nie były uzupełniane. Mały wybór a śniadanie jest najważniejszym posiłkiem. Nie wiem skąd ludzie stwierdzili że śniadanie bardzo dobre ale to nie prawda. Okolica też jest słaba, daleko wszędzie. Do centrum 4km lub 35 minut pieszo i jak to we Włoszech jest … brudno i pełno śmieci dookoła aż żal patrzeć.

Overall I must put the excellent score mostly due to the Staff and cleanliness of the HL - BRILLIANT
Pros:

HL was the best you can get around this location as it turned out to be quite well centred, quiet and the balcony was a big plus - can relax and take a breather in the scorching sun outside the well air conditioned room. A little downside was the limited English kind of breakfast that was not available but NO surprise this is ITALY 🙄

Moreso brilliant staff - willing to help and accommodate all question be it limited with language - must mention some names here, Courtney (amazing)I call her (English speaking thank goodness!), Marcos (makes best latte/
Cappuccino, breakfast service top notch, Rita (bubbly) despite lang barrier she was amazingly welcoming and helpful. In fact so many to mention - brilliant staff all the way. Will recommend when you @ Naples

Cons:

Limited choice with food as it took a while before discovering chicken Pasta which was a big delight on the eve of exit day. No big Fault of theirs as limited communication due to Language barrier played a part. Google translate to the rescue ☺️

Apprezzato e consigliato
Pros:

Stanze silenziose , comodissime e pulitissime . Personale disponibilissimo e super professionali che ti seguono dal momento che arrivi fino all’ultimo secondo che sei ospite in hotel . La colazione è una vera chicca ❤️

Cons:

Il garage sotto è troppo piccolo.

Si no tienes coche tienes una hora y al menos dos transportes públicos para llegar al centro de Napoles
