Nice appart-hotel near the metro and local shops/restaurants with friendly staff.
Pros:

It's a great location - a short flat walk to the nearest metro station and only a few stops to the centre. We will stay here again the next time we visit Lyon (which is a great place to visit with a brilliant public transport system). We had a one-bedroom appartment which was spacious - a large bed in the bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. The kitchenette was adequate for simple meals, with a full size table for dining and 4 dining chairs. There are at least 3 super-markets within walking distance, and a charming market Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings, near the 'Lumière Monplaisir' metro (the nearest). The road the hotel is on is not very interesting, but one block to the South, the Av des Frères Lumière, is full of interesting places to eat and drink, and buy delicious souvenirs!
The staff are friendly and helpful and you can leave your bags in the baggage room - which we did both before check-in and after check-out.

Cons:

There was a dish-washer provided, which 'worked' but not very well, so we ended up doing much of it by hand. The carpets in the corridor could do with an upgrade. But these are small niggles. As I say above we will stay here again next time we come to Lyon.

hotel sans entretien notable photos trop ancienne
Cons:

propreté générale de l hotel mediocre couloir en moquette beaucoup de tâche , lave vaisselle en panne, parquet en très mauvais état, odeur de cigarette tâche et brûlure de cigarette.
énormément de tâches sur les murs.
beaucoup de poussière.
parking souterrain prendre un ascenseur puis remonter 100m et reprendre un autre ascenseur compliqué pas de place extérieure pour récupérer la carte accès parking.

La terraza y el personal muy bien. Baño limpio. Habitación silenciosa. Cama cómoda y grande. Bien comunicado.

Cons:

Aunque estaba limpio en general, deberían hacer una limpieza más profunda (cortinas y cocina), arreglar la persiana, el sofá cama podría mejorarse.
