Pros:

Era la seconda volta che soggiornavamo in quedto apparthotel.
La posizione ottima, e a libertà di avere un appartamento con reception hotel 24 ci farà tornare

Pros:

Rooms were big and spacious, and the location was excellent, right next to the underground station. Lyon is a beautiful city.

Cons:

Rooms were spacious but felt quite empty, with minimal furniture. Some items seemed cheaply made (similar to IKEA), and a few were already cracked. Towels were clean but clearly well-used.

We were three people staying for six nights, and only two rolls of toilet paper were provided initially. We later found out we had to request more from reception, which felt unreasonable. On the third day, I asked for additional supplies and was given just one toilet roll and two towels—and had to return the used ones myself. After that, we ended up buying our own toilet paper from a nearby shop.

Overall, the experience felt closer to a 2–3 star hotel or even student accommodation rather than a 4-star property.

The kitchen was also very basic—unlike other places, there were no essentials like salt, pepper, or any small starter items. Everything was completely empty, so I would strongly recommend future guests do a basic grocery shop before checking in.
