Worst hotel during our Caribbean trip
Pros:

Big room.
Good AC.

Cons:

Staffs quality. I requested a taxi from the hotel to the airport but it picked me up 15 minutes late without any notice.
I requested a taxi to the hotel via Booking app but they didn't reply for a long time and I needed to directly asked the front desk. There is no lace curtain.
No dryers.

Pros:

Hyvä aamiainen hyvällä palvelulla. Henkiökunta järjesti myös taksimatkat kätevästi. Huoneet olivat tilavat ja ilmastoidut, oma parveke. Kauppoja ja ruokapaikkoja runsaasti lähistöllä. Oikein hyvä yöpymispaikka StJohnsissa.

Horrible and anxiety provoking experience.
Pros:

I made the booking and received 3 confirmatory emails yet when I arrived with a booking reference number I was told they were not expecting me and had no rooms. The supervisor checked on the system and said yes with the reference number they could see the booking but no room was assigned. I'm still waiting for the promised feedback on how this could happen. No communication to date.

Cons:

Very poor service inbywrms of booking, receiving confirmation yet upon arrival no rooms and not being expected.

I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend your hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. Dining staff was excellent.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of town, close to everything.

Cons:

The wifi was weak at times and didn't work on one occasion

Quartier bruyant; pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel: Petit déj. microscopique
Cons:

Petit déjeuner absolument squelettique. Pas le moindre beurre ou confiture pour aller avec le pain.

La rue en dessous de l'hôtel est occupée par des bandes sonores (je n'oserai pas appeler cela de la musique...) à un volume inacceptable, ce qui empêche tout repos.

Le site booking mentionne un restaurant qui n'existe pas (uniqement petit déj, squelettique -- voir ci-dessus).

A 150 USD la nuit, on pourrait espérer mieux...

I went there to get ready for my wedding I really did have a great time.
