The St John location is good for restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and balconies are spacious.
The “white” towels are grey, as is the bed cover: something as simple as bleach would really help.
The location can be very noisy; there was a loudspeaker festival until about 7pm. At 9 pm, evening roadworks started.
The in-room kettle is appreciated, but the cord does not reach the outlet. One can make tea on the floor, or in the bathroom.
The breakfast staff is lovely, but everything was 30 minutes late and the eggs tasted questionable (both boiled and scrambled).
A new policy is to give guests music-festival-style wristbands - so they can ensure only guests enter. However, these bands mark guests as tourists and reveal where they are staying ; this seems a bit dangerous. Further, they are uncomfortable to wear and shower in.
Heritage: please stop wasting money on branding your guests and buy some bleach instead.

The location was amazing, it was right in the heart of town where you would be able
to walk around and get your goodies like clothes, restaurants, food etc. The staff on the property is amazing as well and very very very helpful !
The breakfast there is to die for ! It was delicious must try again.
In the breakfast area also has a nice ocean view.

Great location in town close to the cruise terminal. We stayed for carnival and the parade past the back of building. Plenty restaurants in the area. And the staff was so nice! I would definitely come back!

It was an older structure
I stayed at Heritage for one night during Carnival week. The hotel was quaint with lots of duty free shops close by. We could not have asked for a better location. It was within walking distance to everything we needed. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, they made us feel at home! The breakfast was nice and adequate. Aside from a minor plumbing issue and the small bathroom, we enjoyed our stay. See would stay here again.
The bathroom was small and there was a toilet leak. The staff advised they would address the leak.

The food and the room lights were in bad locations
Also the bathroom roof needed a fresh coat of paint
The breakfast were real nice for the days I dined in. Housekeeping were on their A - game daily, keeping the room clean and tidy everyday.
Having to alert front desk clerk to buzz you in. My suggestion is allow the room key to buzz yourself into the building.
Close proximity to all the shops, stores, and amenities.
Not much parking
Some of the items needs replacing as they were rusting. The shower looked like it had mold in it.
